Interior designed fully air-conditioned modern 3 bedroom apt, comprising of en-suite with bath Master bedroom (kingsize bed), bed 2 (twin singles, together/apart), bed 3 (bunk beds), shower room/ w.c. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Large luxurious living and dining area. There are 3 sunny terraces ideal to breakfast, lunch or dine al-fresco, BBQ available. The apartment has WIFI and you can also use the community wifi that is available in pool area.

Close to the pretty port of Duquesa with its many restaurants, shops and bars. The property is ideal for group holidays, families or golfing trips. Try out the beautiful beaches 5 minutes away or stay instead by the two swimming pools. There is a lift and underground parking. Secure storage available for golf clubs etc. in basement. Ideally situated for all the Costa del Sol's many attractions, a small sample of which includes award-winning golf clubs, Marbella's shops and picturesque old town, the white village of Ronda, bustling Puerto Banus, waterparks, beaches and National Parks. Travel cot and high chair available.

A double blow up mattress and electric pump can be found in the closet in the kids bedroom.

Duquesa area: .Coast/Beach

It is a short walk down hill to the beautiful beaches that are left and right of the port of Duquesa. They have beach bars on the beach and also children's play areas. You also have Estapona, Marbella, San Pedro, Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Ronda and many more places to visit.

Further details

There are many local supermarkets such as Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona within a 15 min drive. The port has many restaurants and bars. There is a local market on a Friday in Sabinillas and a large Sunday market. You can take boat trips from the marina.

Trips for the kids: Aqualand can be found in Torremolinos approximately 1 hour and Bahia Aquapark is located in Algeciras which is approx a 20 minute drive.

Selwo Safari park is in Estepona approx 15 minute drive.

Fantastic property in quiet location

Very spacious penthouse in quiet residential area, car recommended to explore other towns/villages for top class restaurants whilst the marina has plenty of restaurants these weren't to my taste as we prefer more traditional Spanish venues. The only problem we had during our stay was the lack of wifi which the local representative did try to rectify

Spacious, airy well equipped apartment with fantastic views

We are a family of four, kids aged 14 and 11 and have just returned from a fabulous 10 days in this apartment. This is a huge apartment with plenty of space for the whole family to find a space to relax and unwind. The apartment is well equipped and well furnished with everything you could possibly want or need during your stay Including beach equipment. The three terraces are well appointed with two on the pool side and one on the mountain side of the apartment giving fantastic sea and mountain views.

The grounds and pool area are really well maintained and clean. The pool was a great size with plenty of loungers and never that busy. There are toilets and a small library at the pool and some kids pool toys.

We hired a car which we would recommend to make the most of the area. The walk down the hill to the local beach takes around 10-15 mins and then there is a promenade pathway all the way along through Duquesa to Sabinillas, it's a really nice walk taking around 30 mins from the apartment to Duquesa. We walked into Duquesa to the many bars and restaurants and got a taxi back, around 8 euros.

This is the first time we have rented holiday accommodation privately and would recommend it to anyone looking for spacious family accommodation. We found Mark the owner and his local rep to be really helpful and easy to deal with. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Very good value for the money

A family of 6, with children aged 4-13 travelling for 3 weeks. We have rented twice before in Spain. This appartment was easily the classiest for the same money, felt like home still. Location is peaceful, still pretty close to services. Easy to find, I would recommend renting a car. Great views from the terraces.

The appartment is well kept and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach and the local managers aswell. Also the outdoors areas and stairways very well maintained, friendly staff.

I would recommend this appartment. Being located in the higher floor with several terraces, the little one needed more watching over than usual, a thing to keep in mind with kids. Fenced and locked pool area in the yard to keep kids busy, otherwise not especially entertaining. Straight view to the pool, easy to watch older kids. Close by Sabanillas has a qouple of playgrounds, especially would recommed the Park el Duque. Beaches close by, closest within walkind distance.

Would recommend the Seaside restaurant west of the appartment.

Car gives you loads of opportunities to visit zoos, mountain villages, water parks, etc. Sevilla about 2 hour drive away. Wonderful white sand beach with big sand dune in Bolonia about an hour away.

Superb quiet penthouse apartment,good local management and Mark the owner is easily contactable if needed.The pool area is very clean as is the whole development.A car is a must but the marina at duquesa with its bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute ride away.We will certainly return for another excellent holiday.

5 Star Apartment and facilities

The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a high standard with all the various mod cons . It is particularly great if you have a young family as its fully kitted out with cots, high chairs, beach equipment and a child safe balcony area.

As mentioned in other reviews, the views from the back balcony are incredible and it was a lovely feeling sitting down to breakfast each morning looking over the mountains and the sun coming up over the sea.

The Pool area is great, there are various inflatable toys avaible for the kids to use, a smaller kids pool for the little ones and a really good size ( just shy of 20 meters) pool for the older ones. There is also an abundance of sun beds available. Most days we pretty much had the place to ourselves as the complex is probably only 15% occupied. The complex is also very well maintained and the residence were all friendly and more than happy to offer advise on best restaurants and places to visit.

If I ever consider buying an apartment abroad then this is exactly the kind of place I would choose.

The rental rate also includes a meet & greet service/key collection between the hours of 8:30 and 23:30. Outside of these hours will be charged at 20 euro.

There is a 15% discount on total cost for bookings of 2 weeks or longer in low season.
On confirmation of a booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the booked arrival date.

Please note that if paying by credit card, I will recover the charges made to me by Homeaway from your deposit. The charge is 3% of total booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
