It is a new addition so everything i.e. all appliances and furnishings are absolutely 'brand new'. It includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with bath and shower, washer-dryer, lovely kitchen with space for eating, a spacious living room. and many amenities. The apartment has a separate entrance and a sweet garden patio area.

Great apartment

Great apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. Close to BART and numerous restaurants. Nancy is a great host and is very responsive.

Second stay at apartment

We chose to return to Nancy's apartment as we found it a calm and peaceful space on our visit November 2016. The apartment is exactly as described, well equipped, clean, with plenty of space for two and we did not feel crowded on the one night that our son joined us.

Wonderful stay!

We had the most wonderful stay in Berkeley at this lovely rental! Nancy and Linda were so helpful and extremely efficient, communicating during our week there, providing explanations when we needed them---having support when on a trip does so much to ease the other stresses (and ours was quite a busy schedule!). Grateful for finding this place and certainly would stay again!
