This charming home sits in a tranquil setting, a quiet cul-de-sac, with expansive city views and nature canyon views, in Los Angeles. It resides in an upscale, exclusive neighborhood on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Walks and hiking trails among trees, in the hills of this large, preserved Nature Park, with incredible ocean views of the Pacific, and vast city views of Los Angeles below.

Very private behind 24/7 guard gates in luxurious Palos Verdes.

This is a 3 bedroom house - the Master bedroom has a king size bed, and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own adjacent bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has another Queen sized bed.

There is also a half bath/powder room near the entry way/front door.

Beautiful views from the dining room, living room, master bedroom, and also, of course, from the terrace and covered patio by the pool and spa.

NOTE: No parties. No noise. No music. No smoking. Must be 25 or older to book.

Maximum number of guests: 6.

An additional $75 per day to heat the pool. No extra charge for the Jacuzzi.

Rental agreement will be emailed to you for signature upon booking.

Quiet and beautiful scenery in Southern California

The house was very large and spacious, with quiet bedrooms and good bathrooms. View out back over the canyon is really nice. The host (Jim) was very responsive and answered every question right away by phone or email. We stayed in April and the pool really wasn't warm enough to swim in -- maybe if I were from Southern California I would have known that outdoor swimming isn't really an option in April, so that's on me not a reflection on the host but just wanted to make sure other guests realize they should not assume they will be able to swim at all times of year.

Beautiful house overlooking the LA city

A really beautiful house on a hill with a really good view of the city. Jim was very helpful with details on checking as well as answering any questions about the house. I highly recommend reserving this house if you want to stay in LA.

Perfect!

Everything was great and was just what our family needed. The location couldn't have been better for us while visiting family who live nearby in Rolling Hills. And what a view! Spectacular. Jim was very helpful, and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, and the house is spacious and very comfortable for our group of six. We hope to return! Thanks for all.

Spacious home in tranquil setting

We are originally from California, so this house perfectly fit our need to be centrally located to family and friends. It was unseasonably hot for October (which we LOVED), so we didn't have an opportunity to hike the trails, but having them in your backyard was a bonus we will try to enjoy our next visit. We did take advantage of the backyard pool area which was both relaxing and peaceful. The house is open and comfortable and had everything to meet our family's needs. We went to the Dodger vs. Cubs game, which was easy to get to as was Magic Mountain from this central location. Jim was available to answer all of our questions. We will be back again, it was the perfect rental for us.

It doesn't really matter what your looking for out of a trip, this is your spot. We haven't been able to stop talking about this rental since we returned from our trip. It easily had any and everything we could have wanted and more. From the most pleasant of views, to the relaxation of the outdoor patio with both pool and Jacuzzi, to the timely location and tranquil neighborhoods, there isn't a single thing more we could have asked for. We rented this house for the second half of a 2 week trip.....the first half of which had turned into somewhat of a disaster, but this place turned it all right around for us. We loved this place so much we chose to spend a couple of days simply at the house instead of going to some planned attractions, (some of which were already even paid for!) This was our first time using a vacation rental and we were quite skeptical, but we couldn't have been more pleased. Jim was great about helping us with any and all of our needs, but never being obtrusive at all, in fact it even turned out to be easier than renting a hotel room. I cant stress enough that everything we could have needed was there, right down to things like laundry soap. This place was a breath of fresh air for us that we couldn't possibly have enjoyed more. It's up in the top of rolling hills with a city view in a very well kept neighborhood, that gives you an escape of the busyness of the city that is great to wind down at the end of a long day on vacation and be able to truly relax and rest up for the next day. However gives you reasonably quick access to get almost anywhere. The pictures don't begin to do this place justice, its one of those things that they couldn't possibly, and the only way to understand is to see it yourself. We feel like we've found our new home for our trips to LA, and look forward as much to staying here again, as we do anything else about the city. If your looking for a recommendation and would like to speak with us directly, Mr. Winston has our contact information, and we have informed him we would be happy to speak with people interested in this place. I hope this review helps anyone interested....if not, well I suppose we'll just get to keep it to ourselves then which is fine by us....hahaha....

Beautiful neighborhood and view

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is superb! The neighborhood is beautiful and tranquil, full of mature trees, well manicured homes, and great hiking trails. The property has a great view from the backyard, and is open and spacious inside. The owner is accommodating and full of information on what to see, where to go and where to dine. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property.
