Bright Apartment With Kitchen, Private Bathroom, Free Parking And Internet

A completely renovated basement apartment has a fully functional kitchen which comes with four stove oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee brewer, cutlery as well as basic cooking and serving utensils. Wi-Fi and high speed internet + a parking spot on driveway are included in the price. A new Sealy mattress for a perfect sleep, and fresh/clean linens and towels are provided. The room has a large window, is very bright and a comfortable space for two/three people.

The main house entrance is shared with the owners. The house has a small hall and a laundry closet that is shared and is partitioned to maintain the privacy for both. Guest should feel relaxed in entering or leaving at any time during their stay.

My place is close to Clarkson Go station, plaza with Grocery store, TD bank and restaurants. The neighbourhood is very safe and family friendly, close to QEW highway for easy access to downtown Toronto to the East or to Niagara Falls to the West. Pearson Toronto International Airport is 20 min away.

I love my house because it is located in a cul-de-sac street in a very safe and quite neighborhood. This is as an oasis close to the main city.

What makes this apartment unique

The convenience of enjoying a complete suite with its own bathroom and kitchen. The spacious backyard with view to a park and trail invites to relax or have a walk. Also, the place is close to Clarkson Go station and QEW for easy access to many tourist attractions like downtown Toronto, Niagara Falls or any suburb in the Great Toronto Area.

A wonderful place to stay with amazing hosts and it's close to the GO station!

My husband and I stayed with Belkis for two weeks while we looked for a more permanent place to live in the Toronto area. Her place is exactly what we needed, the bed is great! and the kitchen is outfitted with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Belkis is a very kind and welcoming host, ready to help whenever you need anything. Thanks for an excellent stay!
