Lovely quaint property
Absolute perfect location for bath, easy to travel to bath & good location for exploring, certainly would recommend
We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay at The Malthouse, good access to Bath and the benefit of village facilities is very popular with our guests.
A wonderful, quiet and very private place to stay close to Bath without the hassle of the city.
The premises are clean, very well appointed and beautifully decorated.
I have placed this property on my list of favorite places I’ve stayed in.
We found this property was not stocked well enough for dishes etc. Only on fry pan, dishwasher did not clean dishes well.
Owner was responsive before arrival but once checked in did not return email request.
Information book not updated so was unsure on check our and the things required.
Location was good close to bus stops and you can walk to downtown as going is all down hill. 5 miles walk one way.
Overall cottage was clean and if you don't plan to cook many meals it was an ok place to stay
Thank you for your feedback, we take all concerns seriously.
I have checked the dishes etc and counted 8 of each, I have now arranged for an additional frying pan to be available.
On checking the dishwasher it appears the cleaning tablet was left in the wrapper, this may have caused the dishes not to clean properly.
I hope this didn't spoil your stay at the Malthouse, thank you again for your honest feedback.
Beautiful house with easy access to Bath and the surrounding areas! There was a shop and pub close by which was very convenient. We had a car, so having a designated parking space after returning to the Malthouse in the evenings was especially nice! Great place to stay!
Well appointed. Great location & sun terrace catches last rays of the day with a cocktail.... or two
Had a great time. We were moved to No 4 as No1 had flood damage apparently. All worked well & ensured we had a wonderful, stress free long weekend.
Two things need sorting ..... two bulbs above dining room table need replacing & new tin opener is required as existing is broken.
Everything else is perfectly formed!!
Apologies we forgot to fill out the visitor book.
Please print this and stick in instead.
