A very spacious 2/3 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 with waterside views

This is a truly fantastic property. The apartment is on the 13th floor of a modern apartment block in the Western Habour area of the city and can therefore boast breathtaking views across the city and over the Firth of Forth.

The accommodation includes a huge open-plan living/dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows showing off the spectacular views. There are 2 double bedrooms both with ensuites and balconies. There is a third room, off the second bedroom, which acts as a study or occasional bedroom as this has a double sofa bed. The superb kitchen is fully equipped and there's a separate utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer.

The area has a number of restaurants and there is a large 24 hour supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The Royal Yacht Britannia, which you get a great view of, is docked at Ocean Terminal the large shopping and cinema complex which is about a 20 minute walk away. Edinburgh city centre is a 25 minute bus journey and the area is well served by buses. There is free parking both underground and outside the property.

Appartement super mais manque de nettoyage et d'entretien

L'appartement est superbe, la décoration est géniale, l'emplacement est idéal, l'équipement est excellent. Le bus à 10 minutes est très pratique pour rejoindre le coeur de la ville. François est aimable.

Mais le nettoyage n'est pas fait. Les casseroles et la poêle sont brûlées, comme la plaque vitrocéramique. L'appareil de cuisson est dans un très grave état de crasse. L'intérieur des placards est dégoûtant. Impossible de cuisiner dans ces conditions. Le ménage n'est pas fait dans les autres pièces.

Dommage de laisser ce bien à l'abandon.

Owner's Response: I am sorry about the cleanliness in the kitchen. I was aware that the electric hob required a special tool in order to remove some especially stubborn marks. The kitchen has since been given a very thorough going over.

Fantastic Views and Great Apartment!

This property is a gem! The views from inside the apartment are spectacular! The rooms are all lovely and well appointed. The Kitchen is fantastic and the place has everything you'll need for a great time. The market (ASDA) is a short walk away and so are several excellent pubs. A great place to get way from it all. Speedy UBER service can take you to the city center in minutes. Francois is an excellent host and met us at the apartment, Showed us everything we would need to know about the apartment. Can't wait to return!

Perfect location for tour and travel

Had a wonderful six night stay. GREAT FOR TWO COUPLES or Family stay.

Bus service close by and easy to use. Views were as advertised. Thank you for providing

a wonderful place to stay. This is perfect place to explore and relax. The frying pan needs to go

it s a nightmare to clean .

Outstanding views with an everchanging outlook from every direction. It just felt like home!!

Used the opprtunity to relax most of the time looking at the views and enjoying taking pictures providing wonderful memories of our stay! Edinburgh town centre is a short bus ride away by a very convenient bus service. Only 25 minutes by car to some beautiful seaside walks along coastal paths. A more than plentiful supermarket 10 minutes walk away that meets anyone's culinary needs. What a fantastic and relaxing week - we will be going back!! The facilities at the apartment were second to none and we wanted for nothing! So sad to leave but looking at when we can return!!

Great flat but needs a very good clean

The flat was in a great location with fantastic views and it worked well for my family. The major downside of the place was its cleanliness, nearly every kitchen utensil needed a good clean before using and some even had mounds of food left on them. I have never seen a toilet brush in such a disgusting state, it had that much waste on it that you dare not use it incase it would flick up everywhere. There were other issues with the cleanliness too that really outweighed the flats great location and layout. I would never stay there again especially at that price, for the money paid you do not expect such a lack of care for basic hygiene. Disgusting and disgusted is how I would rate this flat and my time at it.

Located on Western Harbour View this is located about a 15 minute drive from the city centre or about a 25 minute bus journey. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and there is a regular service into the city centre. There are a couple of restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket within a 10 minute walk.
