The house has been designed and finished with great attention to detail. With a bit of a Greek architectural feel the interesting organic spaces and white walls fit beautifully against huge blue skies all around. Sun dappled shapes play against the walls and through cleverly situated glass details.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and four outside seating areas. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain twin beds. All of the bedrooms are en suite.
There is a lovely big fireplace in the lounge area, and this room also offers uninterrupted views of the lake. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and the large dining table is ideal for easy entertaining. The upstairs deck is the perfect place enjoy a sundowner.
It is possible to find privacy and comfort in many areas - each of the three bedrooms has its own outside space and en-suite bathroom, there are hammocks for the secluded courtyard or delightful garden nooks.
This is the kind of house that could be enjoyed in great comfort by more than one couple. One almost has to fight the impulse to move in and begin to write a book or pen your memoirs, but lazing in warm companionship around the fire or cooking up a storm is also well provided for.
