'It's Happy Hour' ... Every Hour! At least that's the motto at this beautiful 3 bedroom cottage (with 1 bedroom guest cottage rented together or separately) located on Forest Street in Seaside Proper.
Just behind the town square and beside Seaside's chapel, It's Happy Hour is centrally located and close to all the action with just a short walk to the white, sandy beaches along 30A.
'It's Happy Hour' is flanked with screened-in porches and balconies giving you plenty of space for both outdoor and indoor living. Upon entering the cottage you'll enjoy open living spaces including a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, and wet bar. Also on the main floor is the open kitchen with island, separate dining room with seating for 6 and a queen master retreat with private bathroom (shower only).
Upstairs you'll enjoy a gaming table in the hallway surrounded by bookcases and doorways to the upstairs balcony. Off the hallway is a dual twin guestroom and queen (KING COMING IN JANUARY) master retreat with flat screen and designer bathroom with shower and separate tub. Off the master bedroom is an oversized bonus room with bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3) and ANOTHER trundle bed (sleeps 2) with private balcony.
Up the second set of stairs, you'll enjoy benches and desk space to hook up your computers or just sit back and enjoy a good summer read. The Tower is also upstairs offering beautiful Seaside town views.

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is close to the beach and stores. All the listing descriptions and pictures are accurate (even more beautiful in person). It was really clean. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family and we hope to return again soon!
I highly recommend this property! I have stayed here on two different occasions and both times it was an excellent experience. The decor is warm and inviting - very beachy. The house is clean and well maintained. The layout is perfect with so many porches and balconies and great common areas but private areas too. The short walk into town was great for walking around, shopping, getting something to eat or just going to the beach. We rode our bikes to Rosemary Beach which was a fantastic day!. A nice flat hour bike ride with so much to do. I will definitely be coming back to "It's Happy Hour" again and again!!
This lovely home has everything you could ask for! Plenty of space to relax, escape and entertain. The decor is beachy and very tasteful and has a very happy "vibe."
I absolutely love this home's location, it is PERFECTLY placed. So much so that I have been back 5 times and have enjoyed getting to know Gulf vacation living! You are steps away from adorable boutiques, restaurants and a 5 minute easy walk to the pristine beach. Despite its super convenient location, it is also a very peaceful setting . The two traditional decks and roof top deck are the best way to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with friends after a day at the beach!

Wonderful house straight short walk to stores and beach. Right next to chapel with beautiful grass area for kids to play! Bikes for everyone all sizes. Very spacious for everyone to have their own private nook. Very High crows nest with a great view and for star gazing at night, Glad we chose this one never got lost just look for the chapel.
I would recommend this house for anyone. Great house to use if getting Married in the chapel....
