Located in the historical Latin Quarter, this charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment is the perfect choice for a family or group of up to 6 people. Quiet and chic, the Notre Dame - Maubert apartment was recently renovated and refurbished with stylish and functional furniture and decor. It boasts a living room complete with the usual entertainment appliances such as a flat screen TV with cable and fast WIFI throughout and a well-appointed kitchen where you can find the amenities needed to prepare large, hearty meals.

The apartment is divided into two levels situated on the ground and first floor of the building: on the first level, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry area and a separate toilet with a small lavatory.

On the second floor, you will find three (3) bedrooms: one is a queen-sized bed, the second one is a double-sized bed and the third one is 2 single beds. The third bedroom is highly recommended for kids or teenagers. Nearby, you will find one full bathroom comprising of a shower, bathtub, toilet, and wash corner.

This apartment was decorated with fine, modern-chic furniture and lighting, making it the perfect choice for young groups of tourists or young families. Since this apartment is located in a building without an elevator, older guests or guests with reduced mobility may find difficulty in navigating the stairs.

This is one of our favourite parts of the city, we are lucky to have found a quiet street walking distance to all the restaurants we love. When our friends come to visit, they love being able to walk easily to all the tourist attractions that are so close by (Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, Cite, Saint Chapel, and the shops on Boulevard Saint Germain). Close by is also the market, as well as speciality shops (boucherie, frommagerie, boulangerie) and the supermarket for all your other necessities.

You will also be hard-pressed to find a nicer / well-located house in the heart of this beautiful city!

The rugs were extremely dirty. Lots of mold above the shower and in the master bedroom. Cooktop was cracked? Newly renovated must have been more than a few years ago.

Perfect for a group of students!

We were a group of 6 students renting this flat for a semester abroad. It was perfect for our needs and within walking distance to the school however the metro was also direct and closeby. The booking procedure was easy and we had a great stay. The W2F team is in Paris and answered any questions we had throughout our stay as well as fix any minor issues. The cleaning staff was also great. It made our stay in Paris very welcoming and easy! Thank you!

Great Location!

We are a family of six and we stayed in this apartment perfectly situated in Paris! We were just a few minutes walk from Notre Dame, steps away from bakeries, coffee shops, cheese shops, and most importantly, the metro. We struggled a bit with only one shower but having two toilets was very helpful! We appreciated the binder full of information on the house, places to eat, to visit, etc. I really appreciated the instructions on how to use the washing machine also! I would highly recommend this apartment!!

Very nice apartment in a great location.

This was our first experience with VRBO and Welcome 2 France and I was exceedingly pleased. We were a party of three ranging in age from college student to senior citizen. I dealt primarily with a young lady at Welcome 2 France via e-mail in making all the arrangements and she was a delight.

The apartment was just as advertised and in a great location; just a half block from Notre Dame on a quiet primarily residential street. It had all the necessary amenities, and then some. Wi-fi and phone calls back to the USA were included and much appreciated. The apartment was also close to Metro and train stations, which made navigating Paris very easy.

We used the transportation service to and from the airport they provided and it was great: door-to-door service and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend that.

We were met at the apartment when we arrived and he explained everything to us. I called him once during our stay for some and advice, which he graciously provided. He recommended a delightful cafe a short distance away, Aux Arts. They have great coffee and very good food. It is actually a combination cafe and art gallery, owned and run by two of the artists, who are delightful people as well as talented artists.

They also recommended a wonderful restaurant, Les Pipos, near the Pantheon. The food, the wine, the service, the music, and the atmosphere were great. We had a wonderful evening there.

I highly recommend Welcome 2 France and will definitely use them again the next time we travel to France. Not only was the apartment just what we wanted, but the people were very professional and gracious in all our dealings with them.

Location, location,location

This is offered as a "luxury apartment", but it is not truly luxury. It is comfortable, and adequate. The apartment location is the best. It is close to all of the sites in Paris. It is also conveniently located for the Metro, shopping, and dining. Paris is a very walk-able city, and this location gets tenants started on the right foot. (LOL) The RUR train from the airport will drop you off at St. Michel, and it is only a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

Notre-Dame at the end of the street. A wonderful bakery at the other end. Cobbles and markets a block away. Paris is magic and this house is the perfect way to experience it.

Car: not necessary

Since the Middle Ages this riverside quarter has been dominated by the Sorbonne, and acquired its name from the early Latin-speaking students. It dates back to the Roman town across the Ile de la Cite. The area is as well generally associated with artists and students.

Just minutes walk from the Seine River, the Notre Dame cathedral, Saint Michel area, as well as a vegetable market, supermarket, cheese shop, wine shop, bakeries, pharmacy.

The area contains many of the Paris monuments, museums and gardens, ranging from the brand-new Institut du Monde Arabe to the Middle Ages Musée de Cluny, or the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle in the Jardin des Plantes. This location is ideal for a Paris apartment rental whether it is for short term stay or long term stay.
