Our beautifully re-modeled 4 bedroom waterfront apartment faces the north shore ocean, providing guests with spectacular water views and swimming access in the clear ocean waters. Enjoy the jaw-dropping views out over the ocean from this wonderful property which is conveniently located close to The Railway Trail. E05B accommodates a maximum of 9 guests.

The new apartment has all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, wireless internet, TV with cable, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, bath linens, and a charcoal BBQ.

There are 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed, 1 full bed and 1 single pull out couch. Each room is complete with a night stand and wardrobe, and there is a table and chairs for dining in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, sink, full sized fridge with ice-maker, electric stove/oven, cutlery, dishes, and pans. The spacious bathrooms have ample storage and a bathtub with shower. Washer and dryer can be made available for guests who stay 7 nights or longer ONLY.

Extra towels and sheets are made available to you, but no maid service is provided. This is a self catering unit that you are expected to keep neat and clean please.

Furthermore, the property includes private access to the railway trail for walking or jogging. No smoking on the premises, and no pets, please.

Well located near restaurants, gas station, supermarket, and beaches, the property is also situated along a major bus route. Only 20 minutes to Hamilton and 10 minutes from the Airport!

The garden has chairs to enjoy the view. The water from the property is clear and beautifully turquoise, and is great for swimming and snorkeling. It is important to note that access to the water is rocky and fairly steep: water shoes are a good idea to swim from this location. The property overhangs conservation areas which are part of the Railway Trail System of public park lands. The Parks Dept. places severe restrictions on what the abutting home owners can build, to protect rare and native species, water run-off management and habitat. Access to the waterfront is down the side of the property on steps that are cut out of the natural landscape: some guests may find them a bit precipitous especially after a rain. However, there are many other access points to the railway trail along this stretch of coastline and to miss the walk would be a great shame as swimming and snorkelling in the relatively calm water from the dock is a pleasure not to be missed.
