Why Nathalie chose Saint-Roch
We bought this loft / condo because it was an opportunity we could not pass up! It is so well located, near restaurants, tourist attractions and the city is so beautiful! We were born here , but are only beginning to discover it. In addition, it allows us to talk and meet people from all over the world and help them discover Quebec.

Enjoyed the week in this hip little neighborhood - great cafes, bars (Korrigan), and restaurants (Pizzeta) close by. Easy walk to tourist areas. The condo was super clean and the owner very easy to work with.
Thanks Paul for your comments. It was a pleasure to have you in Quebec City.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
For a small space, this unit had everything two people needed. Ample a/c, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and extra pillows. All just as pictured. The neighborhood offered an assortment of eating choices, from a supermarket to reasonable restaurants and good access to the old city, as long as you don't mind climbing hills!
Lovely condo had everything we needed!
This condo is in an area with great shops and restaurants. We especially loved the coffee shop right on the corner! The weather was amazing for most of our trip, but the air conditioner helped immensely on the one hot day we experienced.
Nathalie and her sister were super easy to work with and all of the thoughtful touches around the condo were fantastic- extra trash bags, tissues, dish soap- things I've had to purchase or bring with me to other places. Also I loved the shower and that there was a hair dryer so I didn't have to lug mine around. Finally, though we didn't need it, there was a little first aid kit! :) I thought that was so nice to see.
The location was great..
Everything I needed was right outside including taxi and bus. There was laundry right on the same floor. The Bed was very comfortable and the loft had air conditioning! The building itself is very old but that added somewhat to the charm of a loft in downtown Quebec.
Thank you for your comments! Since you were a great guest, come back anytime !
Quaint Apartment in a Charming Neighborhood
Nathalie's apartment is in the heart of the Saint Roch neighborhood which is full of nice restaurants (including the best coffee shop right next door) and unique shops. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas, but within easy walking distance to everything in Old Quebec City. The bike trail is not too far, and I ran on it every morning. Four adults fit comfortably in the apartment, although we didn't spend that much time there. It was perfect for having breakfast in the morning and a nightcap after a long day of exploring the city. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay there again.
Nice condo, close to Old Quebec, restaurants and shops.
The condo was well situated, about 15-20 minute walk to old Quebec and in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops. It's a little hard to get to and there is no parking. The condo itself was very nice, but the bathroom could use some updating. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
Thanks for your comments. I'm happy that you loved your stay! Come back anytime!
Being so close to Old Quebec, it is hard to have a private parking, that is why there are a lot of public parkings all around. The inside parking I suggest to all my guests is located at 5 minutes by foot. And we are lucky to have a space for guests where they can park their car for a few minutes so they can take the time to get their luggage into the apartment (all indications enclosed in my welcome message). Since we recently bought the apartment, it is planned that we will refresh the bathroom next October or November, depending on my renting calendar.
