2 Bedroom duplex apartment in residential area of Cascadas de Riviera

2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea, car parking and swimming pool. This property is not your usual holiday apartment, the furniture is top class no expense spared (no plastic chairs etc) The views from the main balcony and the main bedroom balcony have to be seen to be believed. This property would suit families or couples who are looking for a quiet, get away from it all holiday. Sitting on the balcony lots of hawks, swifts and swallows fly by to entertain you. The sun comes from behind the apartment therefore allowing you to have your breakfast in comfort before it gets onto the pool and then on the balcony around 12 noon till late evening. It has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge.No pets please. Fully fitted air con has been installed for the 2012 season

We are installing air con in both Bedrooms and the lounge in the apartment soon for the 2014. season

We have a meet and greet as well as an airport pick up service available.

Non refundable deposit to reserve, balance 1 month before arrival.

Why Graeme Pearson chose Mijas area

I bought this apartment because of the fantastic views from both balconies, every person that rents the apartment always comments on the stunning views. I try to get to Spain about three times a year (depending on work) as i love the area. Very quiet as its in a residential area but within walking distance of bars and good quality restaurants

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is central to everywhere on the Costa Del Sol so you can get to Gibraltar within an hour or travel from Malaga airport is around 30 minutes away. Marbella is also a 20 minute drive along the stunning coast road.

Super Apartment

Von Anfang an hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Graeme war wirklich sehr gut. Im Apartment war alles so, wie es beschrieben war. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten waren gut und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Sicht von der Terrasse war atemberaubend. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Es gab ausreichend Restaurants in der Umgebung und die Auswahl an Golfplätzen ist wirklich großartig.

Leider gab es nur 5 Englische TV-Kanäle. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre nicht schlecht. Es ist aber nicht wirklich wichtig.

Wir würden dieses Apartment immer wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

De beschrijving van het appartement klopte met onze ervaring.

Een goed uitgerust appartement, schoon en netjes. Goede bedden, smaakvol ingericht. In rustige wijk. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras, op zee met iedere avond een prachtige zonsondergang en mooie gekleurde luchten.

Wanneer we wat nodig hadden konden we rekenen op Diane, zij was er ook om ons welkom te heten en uitleg te geven.

Wij hadden een auto en die heb je inderdaad wel nodig daar.

Strand is dichtbij, heel erg lekker gegeten in een van de restaurantjes aldaar. Malaga en Estepona bezocht.

Zeker een adres om aan te bevelen aan vrienden.

Best place to stay in costa del sol

This was our tirth stay in this appartment and again we loved it so much! The view is the most amazing view you will ever witness from a balcony. That combined with a nice and clean appartment makes it a wonderfull place. We will absolutely will come back for our fourth stay. 10/10.

Brilliant Location

Had a fantastic holiday in this apartment. Views of the sea, village and sunsets over the mountains. Weather was brilliant and the location of the property meant that you kept your own privacy whilst being only a short distance to the shops.

Some might say it is a little hilly but it was never a problem for us. Will definitely be back for more and I would recommend car hire to see some of the surrounding areas. We went to Ronda which was beautiful and wished we had stopped over for the night. The drive up was interesting but not for the faint hearted!!

Woke up to the best views of the costa from the bedroom.

Un coin de paradis - Paradise

Wonderful apartment in a quiet location in the fully consistent with the description. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very bright. Indicates that the pool is almost as common as Private few people went there despite its beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Very good contact with Graeme, the owner, is attentive to our needs and good advice for exploring this beautiful region of Andalusia.

We'll definitely be back with great pleasure ....

Our apartment is 25 mins drive from Malaga airport along the coast road to Marbella. We can supply pick up and drop off at the airport and also recommend a website for the cheapest hire cars whie in Spain if you want to drive. The property is easy to find as i will send directions when you book. The property is in a mainly residential area however there are lots of very good quality restaurants and small bars within 5 mins walk. A golf course is also 5 mins drive away and lots of other courses within 15 mins drive. There are a number of beaches that are only 5/10 mins drive or a 15 minute walk. Also a naturist beach if that's your thing. The property has fantastic views of the Mediterranean as well as all down the coast to Gibraltar and across the sea to Morroco. Marbella is a 20 minute drive away and Puerto Banus is a further 5 minutes.
