TWO BEDROOM DUPLEX APARTMENT SEA VIEWS. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/sleeps 4 The 2 bedroom duplex apartment is 110m2 in size,on the third floor. It is very well located on the first line of Marina Botafoch at the end of the Paseo Maritimo with stunning views to the sea,the Old Town,to the marinas.. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(1 ensuite) The master bedroom with double bed,wardrobes,ensuite bathroom, balcony with views to the marinas. Second bedroom also with double bed,wardrobes, views to the marinas. The kitchen is fully equiped, the lounge and dining room,another terrace furnished with dining table for 4 and views to the Old Town. air conditioning.Wifi Sleeps 4 people Comunal swimming pool and concierge.

Ideally situated in the prestigious surroundings of Paseo Maritimo,the apartments provide easy access to the fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques of Marina Botafoc. Café Sydney is always a personal favourite that serves great food throughout the day.

Talamanca Bay & Ibiza Old Town: Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot and provides a great place to start the day with a refreshing swim and a choice of bars and restaurants along the beach to relax and unwind. For evening excursions into the “old town” a fabulously enjoyable taxi boat provides a wonderful view of the town from the water during the summer months. The taxi boat leaves every half hour from the Marina.

Ibiza night-life: For those that have come to the Island to enjoy the legendary atmosphere of Ibiza's famous night-life, discothèques Pacha and El Lio are conveniently situated within a five minute walk.

Completely renovated in 2013,Sleeps 7

There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite)

The master bedroom with queen size bed,wardrobes,ensuite bathroom,sofa-bed for 1 person,views to the sea,private sunny terrace

Second bedroom with queen size bed,ensuite bathroom,wardrobes views to the marinas.

Third bedroom with 2 single beds,wardrobes,views to the marinas,the third

bathroom is next to.

Open plan kitchen fully equipped,stunning lounge with dining area and

nice leather sofas,large plasma tv,leading to another private terrace with views and dining table.WIFI

Air conditioning throughout.

Good supply of bedlinen and fresh towels are provided.

Comunal swimming pool and concierge.

The area is one of the best of Ibiza,Marina Botafoch.

Fantastic location and views

Perfect apartment for our girls trip - there were 5 of us . Lots of space , 3 bathrooms,very clean and a fabulous terrace for enjoying the fantastic views on 3 sides especially the view of Ibiza old town which was very special both during day and at night. It failed to get 5 stars as some building works going on which impacted us, but were being finalised as we left and looked great so should hopefully not impact any future guests .Some minor isues regarding TV and crockery that we have fed back to owners.

Very helful hosts on hand throughout our stay so we felt very well looked after .

Great Place, excellent location

The apartment was in a perfect location, within walking distance of the Old Town and Talamanca beach. It was well equipped, except being 5 ladies we would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms! The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accomodation.

The apartment is in one of the best locations, Ibiza's most exclusive&cosmopolitan area Marina Botafoch where are the Yachts Clubs, most fashion boutiques,good restaurants and cafes.

IbizaTown is at 10 min walking distance,also in a high season from Marina Botafoch a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until early hours.

On the other side of the apartment is the nice sandy beach of Talamanca.

Famous nightclubs of El Lio and Pacha are at 5-10 min walk.
