Talamanca Bay & Ibiza Old Town: Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot and provides a great place to start the day with a refreshing swim and a choice of bars and restaurants along the beach to relax and unwind. For evening excursions into the “old town” a fabulously enjoyable taxi boat provides a wonderful view of the town from the water during the summer months. The taxi boat leaves every half hour from the Marina.
Ibiza night-life: For those that have come to the Island to enjoy the legendary atmosphere of Ibiza's famous night-life, discothèques Pacha and El Lio are conveniently situated within a five minute walk.

Perfect apartment for our girls trip - there were 5 of us . Lots of space , 3 bathrooms,very clean and a fabulous terrace for enjoying the fantastic views on 3 sides especially the view of Ibiza old town which was very special both during day and at night. It failed to get 5 stars as some building works going on which impacted us, but were being finalised as we left and looked great so should hopefully not impact any future guests .Some minor isues regarding TV and crockery that we have fed back to owners.
Very helful hosts on hand throughout our stay so we felt very well looked after .

The apartment was in a perfect location, within walking distance of the Old Town and Talamanca beach. It was well equipped, except being 5 ladies we would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms! The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accomodation.
The apartment is in one of the best locations, Ibiza's most exclusive&cosmopolitan area Marina Botafoch where are the Yachts Clubs, most fashion boutiques,good restaurants and cafes.
IbizaTown is at 10 min walking distance,also in a high season from Marina Botafoch a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until early hours.
On the other side of the apartment is the nice sandy beach of Talamanca.
Famous nightclubs of El Lio and Pacha are at 5-10 min walk.
