This property is new , bright and airy its in a great location in a sought after residential area. the road is tree lined with no parking restrictions. There is access to a large garden both front and rear.

This is a ground floor property away from the main road and very quiet , great for walking and admiring the different houses which are all quite unique and wonderful.

We had a great stay. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. Enough room, even with 2 adults and 2 kids and Nirmal kindly let the kids run around the back garden. Easy entry and exit any time of the day or night. Overall really impressed.
Well-situated. Perfect for us as a couple visiting the London/Surrey area. Well-equipped, comfortable flat with everything we needed. Nirmal was welcoming and discreet.
Owner was welcoming and very helpful, it was nice to have someone next door in case you had questions. Rental was attached to house, kind of small but it was good for the price. Rental had everything needed for a family, the only thing was the shower although it was nice the way the floor was it would kind of splash the whole bathroom and you couldn't use the toilet or sink without getting your feet wet. Rental had a driveway for your car so parking was no issue. WIFI went out but it was due to a storm, so you can't help that. Besides that it is in a nice area, 12 or so miles from London so not to far. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for others.
The apartment was sparkling neat with all appliances to make a home away
from home. Quiet and serene neighborhood of about 6 mins walk to Pirley
town centre and 10mins bus ride to Croydon shopping malls.
Mr NIRMAL and family were very warm and provided necessary information
that made our stay a worthwhile. My family of four had great fun, enough
room to run around and play. Hope to be back soon.
We truly enjoyed to stay at Nirmal's place. Very easy arrangements and Nirmal is a very accommodating person who makes your visit as enjoyable as possible. Nice and quite location. Clean and practical.
We certainly recommend this place and might come back some day again!

This property was absolutely perfect for our requirements - we were visiting family and catching up with friends.
The property is completely self contained and has everything you need for a stay-away from home. Kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge and washing machine. Dining ware, glasses and cutlery for 4 at least. The wet room is spot on with a lovely shower. Beds and bedding were comfy, cosy and clean. We used the TV and WiFi with no problems and there's off street parking. Nirmal was a perfect host - kept in contact before we arrived to ensure everything would be in order, checked that we were okay while we were there and refund was made before we'd got home - highly recommend and we will be back!
