This 1913 historic home has been fully renovated and re-decorated.Fully furnished, perfect for the relocating professional, long-term business traveller, vacationer, or short term guests to the city.

With stainless steel appliances, modern kitchen, and open layout there has been no expense spared to provide every comfort of home and then some. There are 3 full sized bedrooms two have large walk out decks to enjoy.

The home is set up with a WI-FI access, cable t.v., heating, and electricity all included in the rental/lease. The home is next to the bus stop, 15 minute walk to the LRT, and a 5 minute walk from the Stampede grounds and local bike and running paths. Downtown can be accessed with a short 5 minute drive and can generally avoid all traffic on the commute to the city center.

About Glenn Moore

Growing up in Calgary and working downtown for the past 10 years made this an ideal spot for me to live. Since relocating to the US I began renovations on this 1913 home to bring everything up to code and make this a modern and enjoyable property for anyone to stay in. As the city continues to expand this older community is ideally located to access the downtown core, local pathways, businesses, restaurants, and a multitude of leisure activities.

Real Gem in Calgary. This property lives way better than the pictures (the photos don't do this home justice). The great condition and open floor plan make for a great home to entertain. Would stay here again in a heart beat! This home is perfect

Amazing stay once again.

We have rented this house three years in a row and will definitely go back for a fourth! The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked and feels like "home". The location is perfect for our needs in Calgary and the owner Glenn is a pleasure to deal with. We have given up staying at a hotel and the Madison is now our home away from home!

If by chance you're in town for the Calgary Stampede, or setting up shop to see the mountains, or head east to the Tyrell museum. This property is close to all the major artery's in the city. There are numerous bike paths and running paths just a stone's throw from the property that can take you past the Calgary zoo, or through/around the downtown core.

Or if you're looking for something a bit more relaxing go for a stroll in Inglewood. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to enjoy a day walking through the community.
