Park View Gardens is situated on the unspoilt hills of Peyia, with superb views over Coral Bay and the surrounding coastline and just 10 minutes walk from the village centre. Park View Gardens is built in the traditional style of the island, with a modern touch. Relax in comfort in your spacious apartment and enjoy modern kitchen facilities and a spacious balcony. A short stroll down the steps will take you to Park View Gardens swimming pool and sun terrace. Admire stunning views of the bay as you soak up the sun. Take a leisurely stroll to the village centre, which offers a delightful combination of traditional Cyprus and new tourist amenities. There are several taverns nearby, as well as Cypriot cafés, supermarkets, banks and pubs.

The apartment has all modern luxuries including a flat screen TV. It also has covered parking space.

A perfect place to getaway from it all: A perfect place to getaway from it all!: If you want a quiet place to stay, away from all the noise of the bars and discos, and like to explore your holiday destination by car or bike then the Park View Apartments are just what you need. Its a great apartment to come back to at the end of a day's exploring but also a great base from which to head out of in the morning. Paphos, Polis, the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos mountains are all easy to get to from Peyia as well as passage into the Northern part of the island which was previously prohibited. There is a bus service from Peyia village to Coral Bay and on the Paphos. However, a car is definitely recommended. Peyia itself has 2 supermarkets, one of which sells everything you can think of. There are also several banks with ATMs around the village alongside several great tavernas. If you love Cypriot food then you will love Peyia.

A stylish modern apartment to relax in: The apartment is newly built and furnished in a modern style. The layout is perfect so that the lounge easily becomes a second bedroom at night without disturbing already sleeping guests. There is a covered parking space - great for those hot days, which are plentiful - and you can access the apartment from a ground level or from the top level! Family friendly, the apartment comes with a travel cot. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and linen prepared before your arrival and you may request extra cleans during the week at an extra cost. No need to bring bulky towels - except your beach towel of course - as these are provided for all guests.

Not just a summer resort: Cyprus has on average 326 days of sunshine a year so its not just a place to visit in the Summer. November to February is generally when it rains but this is the perfect time to come if you like a bit of skiing. Mount Olympus is about an hour's drive away in the Troodos mountains and its great to be able to go skiing in the morning and sunbathing in the afternoon. June, July and August are the really hot and humid months with April, May, September and October being a lot more pleasant. Easter and the beginning of January are great times to be in Peyia as this is when some of the biggest Greek Orthodox festivals happen lending a carnival atmosphere to the village. Unlike some Mediterranean countries Cyprus does not completely 'close up' during the Winter so you can always expect plenty of bars and tavernas open all year round.

This was our second time staying at the apartment, we love the view and location it is just perfect for us.

The apartment has all the necessary facilities that made our stay very comfortable.

good apartment

We booked this apartment for 6 weeks decided to stay for 8 weeks. You definitely need a car to stay here as it is a long way out. We stayed in the winter months, the apartment needs more heating for the cold nights, also the apartment is in need of a make over - painting ?

Owner's Response: First time we had guest for this long on a holiday let. Agent advised some maintenance on the walls due to guests not ventilating the apartment properly. Once the guests left, the apartment has been brought back to the excellent presentation we always strive for.

First trip to Cyprus

We stayed for 1 week flew to Larnaca hired a car and drove to Peyia. We had a lovely time the apartment was clean and well equipped the view from terrace is super and the area was very quiet and relaxing we used the pool on site some days which was very enjoyable. Coral Bay was wonderful we went swimming and relaxed on the beach many times. Used tripadvisor to help with restaurant choices, we are planing to come back hopefully for 2 weeks next time.

Квартира замечательно подходит для расслабленного и неторопливого отдыха. Тихо, уютно, хороший вид с террасы, приличный набор всего, что требуется. Очень приятный и отзывчивый агент, сразу же приходящий на помощь при необходимости и совершенно не тревожащий без нужды. Совершенно никаких проблем за целый месяц.

Машина крайне рекомендуется.

Amazing views! Amazing air con!! Which was needed in 45 Degree heat lol.... Apartment was perfect for my 4 weeks stay, the estate agent who looks after property was a very nice man and assisted with buying me a new kettle, pool was a little far away if you have kids but a trick is to drive round instead of taking the steps lol..... Lovely clean apartment everything we needed, thanks Mel :) X

Peyia / Peyia Village area.

All amenities can be found just a short walk away in the centre of Peyia from Greek Taverna to restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets.

A short drive takes you to one of the finest beaches on this side of the island known as Coral Bay or you can find the Paphos Bird Park, Go-Carting, Horse riding. If you want to venture further you can go off roading in a 4 x 4 or take a jeep safari and experience the more natural Cyprus of Akamas Nature Reserve and Lara Bay.

All in all Peyia has everything to offer whether you want a quiet relaxing holiday or to enjoy the beaches, historic sites or the many night life activities.
