There are 3 accommodation options to choose from. ONLY ONE OPTION RENTED OUT AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If you rent the apartment or villa alone, you will be the only guests on site and will have exclusive use of the private pool, BBQ and terrace areas. We do not take individual bookings of the apartment and villa at the same time to maintain the exclusivity and privacy of all our guests.

1) The Apartment Option
If you are looking for a luxury apartment to sleep 4, you can rent the self-contained 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.
2) If you want to rent the villa on the upper floors it will sleep up to 8 people with 2 bathrooms plus a cloakroom.
3) Complete Villa
The complete villa will sleep up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms which includes the self-contained 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the lower ground floor overlooking the private pool – ideal for families or friends holidaying together.
As a former home which the owners still use a great deal, this luxury property benefits from all mod-cons and is very family friendly. There are 2 high chairs, 2 travel cots & a bed rail for families with babies or young children.
The property has a private heated pool making it an ideal way to combine your winter golfing break. Heating of the pool is an additional supplement at 95 euros per week.
The villa has everything a modern family could ask for and as we also use the property a great deal we take a close interest in ensuring all guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible. This villa is so much more than functional as a holiday property, it is a home from home and benefits from simple home comforts that you won’t always see from a basic holiday villa.
The villa is entered from the street level and includes the main level plus upper level which is home to the main bedroom, en-suite and upper terrace area. The apartment is entered via a separate gated entrance to the side of the villa and steps down to the apartment front door. The terrace areas can be shared when the complete villa is rented or if being rented alone, the apartment guests benefit from all areas from the bottom of the stairs and surrounding the pool and apartment itself.
The villa has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with super king bed and ample space for a travel cot and en-suite bathroom with power shower. The other bedrooms are on the main level and include a double bedroom with king size bed, larger twin bedroom (suitable for adults sharing) with ample storage space (wardrobe and shelves) and wall-mounted flat screen TV and chair. The smaller twin bedroom is ideal for children sharing. In the hallway off the double bedroom there is wardrobe and storage space. There is also an additional cloakroom on the main villa level. There is internet wifi access for the Internet TV and general access (Good speeds too! 34 up, 30 down)
In addition to luxury mod-cons and appliances there is also a large Brabantia wall-mounted drying rack for drying towels and clothes, small range of children’s books and toys to keep the little ones happy, ample clothes storage and top of the range Smart TVs and plasmas. There is also a wall-mounted baby gate blocking access to the stairs leading up to the master bedroom to ensure safety of little ones around the marble stairs.
The complete villa is the ideal place to spend time and you will find you can enjoy different parts of the villa including the following; There is a top terrace with outside furniture to seat 5 people with umbrella to enjoy far-reaching views down across to the sea and even as far as Gibraltar on a clear day. There are also a couple of sun-loungers on the top terrace for ultimate private sun-bathing. On the main villa level there is a covered terrace with outside sofas to seat 4 people, perfect for enjoying an evening drink or breakfast. There is also a secluded outside dining area with Moorish style outside table and seating for 4 people located off the villa lounge with easy access to the kitchen through the villa and surrounded by plants and sapling orange/lemon trees. On the lower level around the apartment there is a large glass dining table with seating for 6 people next to the Weber BBQ as well as a fantastic round chill-out bed with umbrella overlooking the pool and sun loungers for everyone. There is also a high round table with 3 bar stools under the covered terrace just outside the apartment 2nd bedroom/lounge. So many options make this villa truly special and unique.
The self-contained apartment is on the lower ground floor overlooking the pool and has a good size master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite and a twin bedroom and second bathroom. There is IPTV (internet TV) and dining seating for 4.
The property has been furnished to very high standards & has everything you could hope for from a holiday property. We rely heavily on word of mouth recommendations and regularly get around 50% repeat guests returning year after year and are booked up approx. 1 year in advance.

We lived in Spain for 10 years before returning home to West Sussex with our young son for work relocation. We love our house in Spain and try and return as often as possible as all of us love the beautiful pool and relaxing on the chill out bed with BBQ's in the evening.

We love our villa and have spent many years improving and upgrading the original house to provide a luxurious base for the perfect holiday destination for both couples of families.
With our flexible accommodation you can rent just the apartment level which sleeps 4 , just the villa level for up to 8 guests or the whole property for up to 12 guests. With its great location just 2 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants but in q very quiet cul de sac with just 4 villas it really is a peaceful and relaxing retreat but with the beach just 4 minutes by car and Marbella just 15 minutes drive you're close to everything you need for a memorable holiday.
We rented the whole property, but split the extended family into 2 groups, one taking the larger upstairs, and the other the smaller downstairs apartment. The owners/managers were extremely helpful both before and during our stay, arranging airport transfers and dealing with some minor issues we had. The villa/apartment were both lovely, and the location is great, just a short stroll from numerous bars & restaurants. Great pool.

Calahonda is a central location on the Costa del Sol situated 30 mins drive west of Malaga airport & is in between Fuengirola & Marbella.
The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac within a couple mins walk of "the strip" where you'll find various restaurants, bars and a mini supermarket close to the bottom of Calahonda.
It is quite simple to get from the airport to The Apartment along the N340 coastal road & the A7 motorway (direction Algeciras/Marbella) We can talk anyone through the directions if needed.
The local area attracts many tourists year after year and is perfectly suited for families, golfing holidays, relaxing breaks away as well as activity holidays along the coast (kids park nearby) as well as inland and offers something for everyone.
Being near to the N-340 coastal road means it is easy to reach other local sights and towns very quickly and easily and there is also a motorway exit for Calahonda making it easy to get to the airport.
A car hire is advisable, we can arrange a transfer to & from the airport for 50 euros each way if needed.
