All the apartments are very similar. Each has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with serving hatch and highchairs, a dining area and lounge. Specifically this apartment has been decorated in white with orange brush strokes, striving for a modern and functional decoration.
They both have a staircase that ascends to a fully furnished terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Pollença.
Superb new building of apartments located in the central Plaza de Ca Les Munnares in Pollensa. These apartments were designed with high quality materials, teak joinery, double glazing, wooden flooring, bathroom and kitchen stoneware premium, reinforced entrance door, air-conditioning and propane gas heating among other features. They have two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and one fully fitted bathroom. Open kitchen to a large lounge with big glass sliding windows. With a practical furnished terrace . There is a complete laundry room and parking on the ground floor.
Pollensa: The northern most spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollensa. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a flew kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. This town, in the shadow of the Puig de Maria and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chic restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas amongst which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the Summer tourists in the cooler months.
Notes on accommodation: The kitchen is endowed with the necessary utensils for cooking to be quick and convenient. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In each apartment you will find tools such as the ironing board, iron, hair dryer 2000W, and hangers. The apartments have air-conditioning and heating units, and the added extra benefit of centrally heated radiators, making them ideal for stays all year round.
Accessibiliy: The building has excellent accessibility from the parking area and main entrance to the different apartments through a modern lift, which stops right outside the apartment’s entry door. The apartments have a separate ground level storage room that is suitable for buggy and bike storage.

The apartment is very centrally located within easy reach of shops, restaurants etc. We stayed for a month so it was good to find the bed and sitting areas were very comfortable. Most of the description of the property is accurate but we were a bit disappointed there was no CD player as we could have brought our own. We like cooking but found the equipment fairly basic. However, most people do not stay as long as us and probably eat out more and for that type of holiday it was fine. We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and the apartment was cleaned weekly to a high standard. We loved the roof terrace and although fairly early in the year the weather was fantastic and we used this a lot. Rafel the owner, was an extremely good host and always responded to any requests / problems. Unfortunately we had a wallet stolen at a nearby market and Rafel accompanied us to the police station and acted as a translator. We were very grateful for his time which he gave willingly. I think this is a great plus point about this property. To have the owner living locally is very reassuring. We certainly would recommend this property. No property is going to be perfect for everyone but this was as near as we have got. Thank you Rafel for your consideration at all times.

The only thing we did not particulary like was the smell that sometimes came out of a nearby extraction flue, but these seem fairly common in pollensa and would not stop as either returning to this property or from recommending to others
We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is very clean and comfortable with the real bonus of the terrace. We were able to wander around the centre, enjoy our meals and drift back to the apartment which was five minutes away. However the real bonus is Rafel. He is truly brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and he us always helpful.
The apartment is well appointed and furnished. Directions to the apartment are slightly confusing as the block has no number. Utilities are modern and the apartment very clean. Very close to the centre of Pollensa but fat enough away.to be quiet. Near to the 340 bus stops from Palma
Property nice and new but in the old town. Very convenient for bars, restaurants and great walks.
The orange attic was as nice as we expected. Clean and well equipped. Perfect for 4 persons. We were 5 with an extra bed in one of the two bedrooms and that was a bit too small but was working. A little minus for the bad warm water pressure in the shower. The village is nice and quiet. Groceries nearby and an extra plus for the bakery next door. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Beaches some kilometres away and is easy reachable by car and even by local buses. Lots of trekking trails and beautiful views in the nearby Tramuntana mountains. Rekommendable!
Pollensa is a peaceful and tranquil town that remains very typically Spanish. It is four miles from the coast, nestling between two hills at the eastern end of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains. Pollensa itself is indisputably pretty. Historic buildings with ochre roofs, sun-backed walls and wooden shutters line the narrow and twisting medieval streets. There are pastel-painted houses in the centre and Moorish water mills on the outskirts. It is also a haven of sleepy Mallorcan traditions - cafe life and the siesta roll on here as they always have. The heart of the old town is the central square, Placa Major, where there are many cafe-bars and fine restaurants. Pollensa also has lots of galleries of Mallorcan art and design, and town museum. The most famous walk in Pollensa is up the 365 steps of the tree lined 'Calvario' - the Calvario Hill. There is a tiny church at the top with amazing views over the town and across wooded valleys to the sea.

Golf: One mile to Pollensa’s Golf Course. It opened in 1986 and was completely renovated in 2000. The greens are kept in perfect condition. There are two lakes and lots of native vegetation, especially trees, olive trees and pines. Pollensa Golf Club offers a host of activities and services, including a driving range with putting green and launch area, a golf school with professional golf lessons. The course has nine holes, medium difficulty, and is ideal for all players. The other near by golf course is the Alcanada Golf Club, which is seven miles away. It opened in 2003, and was designed by Robert the sea.Trent Jones Junior. The highlight of the design of the course are the views of the bay of Alcudia. Alcanada Golf Club is the only golf course in Mallorca which is next to the sea
