We have four kids and live in Princeton, NJ. We bought on the island ten years ago because it was a safe island and had a wonderful quality of life. We spend three months a year on the island.

This property is on Seven Mile Beach. It is centrally located to all the relaxing and fun things to do on the island like water sports and restaurants. You can be picked up for excursions just four buildings away. And equally important grocery stores and liquor stores are but a short walk. It doesn't get better than this.
It is a family resort and, as I stated previously very private.
Even though this is on Seven Mile Beach it is nestled in a section that is quiet. We are centrally located and can walk to just about everything. Another really unique benefit is that we never hear any of the music or night life that some of the other Condo or Villa Developments experience because of their close proximity to bars and hotels.
This property was in a great location, close to the market, the bus is easily accessible along with taxis. The bus was so cheap and easy to use....basically a driver would pick you up and let you out anywhere you wanted, you didn't necessarily have to use the "bus stop".
The property was clean and well furnished. The ice maker in the freezer was basically broke when I arrived, not making ice, so I cleaned it out and washed it up and got it wokring again. We were then able to use the ice maker for the rest of our stay. For some reasone there was "squid" in the freezer too, with a note, do not throw away. I guess it may be used for bait or something.
Trip was great, condo was big, well maintained...screened in porch best feature. Daily cleaning and in condo laundry another us. Great staff. Really perfect for our family.

A perfect place and location.Well kept/maintained, spacious, clean, lots of room and large balcony. Large well kept garden, swimming pool and a hot tub. Located on the south tip of SMB.
All the amenities of home and to our surprise we had someone clean the unit during the week days with the exception of Sunday. This was a bonus!

This wasnt the first and wont be the last time we stayed at this awesome destination condo on Seven Mile Beach. Honestly, it's everything you could possibly need wrapped up in one big clean comfy home away from home. Stop looking and just book it-you wont be disappointed.
We recently returned from our vacation on Grand Cayman and could not be more relaxed. This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures depict. The bedrooms are large and spacious with a master bedroom that opens up to the beautiful screened in veranda that acts as a second living room. The the kitchen and living areas are equally spacious and well decorated. The entire ambiance nurtures a sense of relaxation, and fits perfectly with the laid back elegance of the island. We could not recommend this condo more, the owners are wonderful and all the staff are friendly and helpful. In addition to the beautiful beaches, the surrounding area has a number of restaurants, shops, dive companies and other water sports within walking distance. We did something different every day, and left our vacation eager to return to Grand Cayman very soon!
What an incredible vacation! The condo was perfect. It was clean, spacious, bright, and fully equipped! Exactly as shown in the pictures. The greenery and landscaping made for a tranquil escape. We spent the days in the ocean and the nights in the lighted pool/hot tub. There was a bus stop out front that made getting around the island easy...and it was only minutes from downtown. There were great restaurants and stores within eyesight. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and private, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary cooking tools/pots, even the towels were plush and plentiful! The screened veranda was great for relaxing after a busy day. We had such fun and made memories to last a lifetime. The location at the end of the breathtaking 7 Mile Beach was idyllic! The owner was fabulous to deal with (and even left fishing gear for our teenage son to use)! I recommend this location without hesitation!!
Short walk (four buildings over) to access water sports such as Jet Skiis, Banana Boat, Parasailing, Sea Kayaks, and other various water sports. Also is a hub for various trips like Stingray City, Rum Point, and some diving trips.
