Seaside Memories is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home located in Northwest Bradenton, just minutes from Anna Maria Island. Once you set foot into Seaside Memories, the feeling of being on vacation will be instantaneous! The soft colors of the sea decorate this vast home with special touches everywhere you look.

Custom kitchen cabinets, high-end appliances and many little gadgets might just change your mind about cooking while on vacation. Whether it's filling up on breakfast at the breakfast bar, passing lunch, snacks and drinks through the convenient kitchen window to the outside lanai, or celebrating special occasions and holidays at the formal dining room table, you sure aren't going to go hungry on this trip!

There are two seating areas so that everyone has their own space to spread out! One room overlooks the pool, perfect for diving into that book you carefully chose specifically for vacation, while the other room is better suited for catching up on your TV shows or turning down the lights and watching a movie! Both rooms are equally plush and comfortable.

At the end of a long day in the sun, rest up for the next day of adventures in one of the three bedrooms Seaside Memories offers. With ceiling fans in every room along with the softness of freshly laundered sheets, whether it's the king bed in the master bedroom, or one of the two queen guest rooms, you are sure to have a quality sleep and wake-up refreshed!

The master en-suite is impressive with a soaking tub, double sinks, stand up shower, as well as a grand walk-in closet. The other guest bathroom has new fixtures and a sleek, modern stand up shower. Of course all necessary bath towels and beach towels are supplied.

Saving the best for last is the private pool you and the rest of your guests will get to enjoy all by yourselves! Take full advantage of the lounge chairs or float the day away on a raft. Complete the day with preparing your catch of the day on the gas grill while enjoying the view of the lake and Florida wildlife in the distance.

old house, well located

great location of the house, not fare away from shopping, beaches etc. House rather old, inside nicely freshened up! Pool and garden rather loveless, broken deck chairs were replaced by old chairs, no nice plants, etc. Air conditioner of the neighbor makes a huge noise and is just next to the master bedroom and the pool area

Superb Home in Wonderful Location

Everything you could need for an excellent family holiday. Wonderful location close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping malls, parks and nature trails. We had two children under 1 in the group and the owner kindly provided all we needed. Strongly recommended.

The house and facilities were perfect as both a base for exploring the many local beaches/areas and for a comfortable 'stay at home' relaxing day by the pool. The house was well equipped and the management company very responsive and helpful.

Fabulous location and villa - can't wait to come back!

We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break near the beach. The villa is 5 mins from the supermarket, restaurants and 10/15 mins from the beach. The neighbours are super friendly. Lovely area of Bradenton. You must visit Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach. If you are looking for warm turquoise sea, soft white sand and beautiful sunsets this, is the place to go. In our opinion Seaside Memories is ideally located. We would recommend a stay here to everyone. We are looking forward to staying again soon!
