This is a lovely detached family house very close to the town centre, with 4/5 bedrooms (the second reception area has a day bed that can be converted into either a double bed or twin beds), a spacious lounge/dining area, a bathroom, shower room and separate WC, garage, off-road parking, good sized garden with BBQ facilities, wifi and entertainment.

This large detached house in the centre of Sutton Coldfield - possibly the nicest part of Birmingham - is available to rent as a whole for large groups of people.

There are 4/5 bedrooms - all doubles - plus a large lounge/dining room with dining table that can seat 8 people. The lounge features two sofas including a large corner leather sofa, with HD TV, Samsung Smart Tv with Netflix.

Kitchen is FULLY equipped with dishwasher, range cooker / oven, halogen cooker, microwave, toasters, blender, juicer, plus multiple fridges and freezers etc

Fresh and spacious. Each room accommodates 1 or 2 persons - plus the lounge can fit 2 people or more. All fully furnished with at least a double bed and wardrobe in each room - some have computer desks and more.

Lounge includes a PC with Wifi. Clean sheets and towels available on request.

We have a nice, high-spec bathroom upstairs plus a walk-in shower and separate W.C. downstairs.

It's a detached house with solid, thick walls so you can get a good night's sleep.

There are numerous gyms / swimming pools both municipal and private in the local vicinity.

Sutton Coldfield is one of the nicest parts of Birmingham. It's about a 20-minute drive just down the M42 / M6 from Birmingham International Airport, or 20 minutes from Birmingham City Centre. Trains run direct to Sutton Coldfield station which is a few hundred metres walk from the house. Plus there are plenty of buses to all parts of Birmingham and the West Midlands - travel time is about 20 minutes.

There are 20+ local pubs/bars, 5 nightclubs, and more than 50 local restaurants within walking distance plus Sutton Coldfield shopping centre for anything you'll need. Not to mention Sutton Park which is, I believe, the largest public park in Europe - great for exploring, running, golf, and seeing English nature. A cinema within walking distance and of course Birmingham City Centre a short distance away.

You will have the entire house and gardens to yourselves for the duration of your stay.

I'll be there to meet you and hand over keys, show your around and welcome you to the property and area. Then I'll leave you until you depart, but will be on hand via phone or email throughout if you should need anything.

Sutton Coldfield is known as the 'Royal Town' and still today is a very nice place to live. People travel from all over North Birmingham for its lively nightlife, restaurants and shopping centre. We have a great park with many golf courses and leisure facilities generally, with water parks only a short drive away.

Sutton Coldfield is a major bus hub, with buses heading to all parts of Birmingham and the Midlands. Sutton Coldfield train station is only a few minutes from the house, with regular trains (every 10-15 minutes) heading to Birmingham and Lichfield. If travelling by car, the M6, M6 Toll, M5, M40, M42 as well as A38 are all close by. Birmingham airport is about 20 minutes' drive away.
