This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located on the 2nd floor (considered as the 3rd floor in the US and Canada) of a smart renovated building with elevator and a security system in Kings Cross, London. It is a very large apartment- 120 m2 (1300 ft²) and it has a 35 m2 (375 ft²) private terrace with patio furniture and bamboo plants.

The living room features hardwood floors, exposed beams, white walls and minimalist modern furnishings. The seating area of the living room contains two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD player. A large window takes up the entire eastern wall and gives access to the balcony. There is also a round glass table in front of the window where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The dining area can be found on the other side of the open living room. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed or twin beds (your choice). There is also a king size bed in the living room. The modern bathroom contains a shower, WC and washbasin with a large mirror.

This luxury apartment overlooks a quiet street, and the windows are double glazed, to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. There is a picturesque canal just two blocks away, with waterside restaurants and a nature reserve. Walking along the canal you can reach Camden Market, Regents Park, London Zoo and many other places of interest.

A Waitrose supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away. Furthermore, there restaurants and shops for every budget in the neighborhood, and Kings Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk away. Not only a must for Harry Potter fans, this station also makes it easy to take a day trip to other UK cities. Kings Cross is also a London Underground station, and gives access to the Circle, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan subway lines.

St. Pancras Station is just 7 minutes walk from the apartment, where the Eurostar will take you to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes.

Check-in from 2pm, and check-out by 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Guests will be requested to sign a short contract and provide a passport to be copied on arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

Great location, huge apartment

We stayed in two places in London. One was a row house a little like a rabbit warren - with rooms everywhere and every spare inch of space used to the maximum. This apartment is the total opposite - heaps of room for the 5 of us (only one child, the rest full size teenagers and above). We were welcomed by Paul's assistant, and everything was explained to our satisfaction. We were extremely comfortable and had no problems during our stay. The terrace is a lovely bonus. The main attraction is the location - just around the corner and down the road a little bit from Kings Cross. We found it easily, straight off the Eurostar from Paris, and spent a week exploring London using it as our very convenient home base. I'd definitely stay again, and recommend it to my friends. open, airy, close to essentials (transit, groceries, pubs).

Enjoyed the space. Nice to have a kitchen for breakfasts before heading out to see and do London. Close to King's Cross tube and rail station, which means close to everything. Canal and Granary Square were fun close spots to visit. Loved the high ceilings and balcony (though the weather was not conducive - snow! - to really enjoying the outside space). Beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious. Could have been better stocked - only 2 rolls of toilet paper were left for 5 people who booked the flat for 9 days; no cleaning rags available to tidy up kitchen or bathroom after use (no cleaning services during stay included); only enough laundry soap included for 2 loads, and bathroom towels needed washing/drying after many day's use. Dining table needs an overhead light. The building was quiet, the flat really quiet since it sits at the back of the building. We would book again!

Great place to stay

Great location.

Most of the time we were in London, we felt “the beast from the east”

So we spent more time in the apartment than we originally intended - very warm and comfortable. Just lacks a touch of colour.

Would happily return in the future.

Best possible stay we could have had. Perfect location, perfect flat.

We were delighted with our stay. Spacious flat with ideal location to hit the sites and scenes. Plenty of great restaurants all around. Major grocery store only a block away. Kings Cross transit hub made travel super easy, as nearly everything was a direct connect. We were delighted to explore the area, and found a very informative and responsive host in Paul Morgan. Everything was easy. I can’t recommend this flat more highly. At first I thought how could it get such such a consistently high rating? Well, after staying here, now I know. This will always be my first choice when I visit London, or recommend a great lodging choice to friends.

Fine flat in a fine location

Loved our place, so close to the Eurostar!

Walked to Camden Lock and th London Zoo along Regent's canal and really, the whole neighbourhood is far more appealing than we anticipated.

The iron was leaking on the shirts when ironing but otherwise, the whole place is perfect!

Transport links are the best in London- direct by London Underground to Heathrow airport, direct train to Gatwick or Luton airports, six underground train lines and several bus routes. Also, the apartment is 7 minutes walk to the Eurostar at St Pancras Station, taking you to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes.
