This Canada Water flat has been our home away from home for the last three years. The flat is located in a relatively new, well-constructed building. The description of the flat, location and neighborhood are accurate and excellent and the pictures are current. The flat is spacious, well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Having a washer/ dryer in the flat is a definite plus for inexpected clothing problems. The building is quiet and safe with the Canada Water Jubilee Line Tube Station practically at the front door. Carlos, the owner, is extremelly helpful and accommodating ! Carlos and Maria, the housekeepers, ensure that you arrive in a clean welcoming flat to begin your stay in London. When coming to London, we look nowhere else ! A better flat in London would be hard to find.

Perfect Location

We were a party of 4 coming to London to see Hamlet. Luckily for us we found the perfect place to stay. The condo is just steps away from the tube station and it was very easy to go anywhere in London we wished. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The housekeeper met us at the tub station and took us to the condo. She was very friendly and helpful.

The condo itself is bright and airy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. A shopping mall, with a grocery store, was just a short walk away. The 2 bedrooms and baths were perfect for 2 couples. We really enjoyed watching the ducks and swans swim in the canal and pond from the balcony. Our only disappointment was we couldn't stay longer. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to London we would love to stay here again.

Communication was excellent

I have been looking for a property to spend a vacation with my family members who will be traveling from the USA. As you know it is kind of scary traveling that far and only have pictures and other persons' reviews to go by in making your decision. The property owner was very diligent in his communication, his dedication to answer all my questions and truly cares about his renters. Even though I didn't rent this property, because I have several members of my group who have particular physical needs. I have added this property to my favorites and when I visit London in the future it will be tops on my list. Thank you again for all your help and consideration.

IDEAL LONDON FLAT: CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, CONVENIENT

LOOK NO FURTHER: excellent location, spotless interior, comfortable furnishings and most importantly beds, a complete and modern kitchen, and convenient to all one's needs. The tube station is nearly at the front door (1 minute walk). The canal and picturesque lake with swans can be seen from the living room and balcony. There is a Sainsbury market and a casual restaurant across the street and the Surrey Quays Shopping center is a five minute walk along the canal and lake: contains an everything you need Tesco, Boots drug store, food court and numerous other stores. The owner and his managers, Carlos and Maria, are excellent and most accommodating. Cannot think of a more perfect flat to stay during your London holiday. If the above and location, location, location are important to you, LOOK NO FURTHER. You will not be disappointed.

Comfortable Temporary Home

We were 2 Canadian couples who shared this apartment for a week. It was clean, roomy, and well located. The tube station with the grocery store beside it right across the street was very handy, indeed! The building was in a quiet area, but just 2 stops from London Bridge Tube Station. It was so nice to return to our quiet apartment, and sit on the balcony on a warm evening, after touring all day.

Wonderful 2nd stay

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this wonderful apartment. This year for 8 days. It has quickly become our 1st choice for our yearly trips to London. We planned this years trip based on the apartment's availability. The apartment has everything you will need. It is, close to central London, in a safe neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to the Canada Water tube station (which is on the Jubilee Line). There is a new supermarket just outside the tube station and a Tesco market nearby. The nice thing about the Canada Water station is that it is also a bus station and a stop on the East London Railway. The living room has a good view plus a balcony to enjoy in nice weather. We had the pleasure of meeting both Carlos and Maria, the housekeepers on this trip. Both are extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family without hesitation.

Great apartment!!

The apartment is GREAT!! It’s a perfect place to stay while in London. It’s exactly as described by the owner’s overview and the many positive rental reviews. It’s VERY clean. It has comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes and utensils), a full-sized fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer – all that one needs for any length of stay. A large grocery store is a 10 minute walk and the tube, a 1 minute walk - all very convenient. As well, the owner and housekeepers were wonderful to deal with. We are a family of 4 (with 2 boys in their early 20’s). Staying here allowed us to spread out and eat in. I highly recommend staying here. We loved our stay.
