This is a bright newly decorated fully furnished two bedroom apartment with Living room kitchen which has a comfortable sitting area with internet, TV and fully furnished kitchen, witht dining table that seats 4. Small resting room with two comfortable chairs .Modern bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with ample storage for clothes and a large double bed in each.

Close to city centre, great location, restaurants and pubs, and shops and city attractions are near by . Free internet access and free car parking on the street.

Great stay, close to city

My sister and I stayed here with our 3 teenagers for a family reunion and our mom's 75th bday celebration. Fari and Tracy were very friendly and accommodating before we even arrived. The pamphlets left in the flat were very helpful too. The bus system runs quite often and the bus stop is right up the block. They also left the number to a taxi company and we also used them. They were also very quick and courteous. The teenagers were thrilled with the fast wifi. Our experience overall was excellent. I would definately stay here again.

excellent everything you would need

Good location . Excellent bus service to city center . Plenty of shops and restaurants near by . Property owners where very welcoming and very helpful . Will definitely be saying again if me and my wife come back to Edinburgh .

Enjoyable, lovely and, wel located apartment

We do fully agree with all the positive description as mentionend hithertoo.

What we can add that apart from the many excelents events during the Edinburgh International Festival, the neigbourhoud of Morningside has many things to offer from an well equiped supermarket to many very pleasant restaurants. For cycle fans, it is a perfect point of departure. We thank Tracy en Farsi for their very warm wellcome and good care during our 3 week stay and certainly hope to come again!

Great Stay

The place is a little dated, but the accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Tracy (Fari's wife) was extremely pleasant. She also gave us some provisions to start the morning with (milk, instant coffee, etc...). Once we figured out how to use the bus system (if you do a lot of traveling about - the 'all-day' bus pass for 4 lbs. works out wonderfully) having the bus stop about a block away was the best!!!

I also took advantage of the little reading room (that's what we called it). When everyone else was busy getting ready, I could go in there for a little semi-privacy. Thanks again Fari & Tracy.

Everything one needs for a pleasant stay in Edinburgh. Fari is responsive and easy. Stayed with our daughter who occupied the second bedroom. Clean and convenient.

This apartment is situated on south side of the city and it is close to the city centre and is great for exploring Edinburgh`s historical city and surrounding areas eg:Royal mile and Edinburgh castle, Royal museum, holyrood palace and also art museum are within 15 minute bus ride. Local amenities, Royal observatory, Craighouse and hermitage walk are nearby. Pubs and restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes walk from the apartment and also there are beautiful wooded walks of craighouse hill which oversees the city from the top. Bus stop is two minute from apartment. Frequent bus service to city centre on door step and also free on street parking.
