3 Bedroom townhouse on small development, communcal pool ,unspoilt spanish town

Spacious townhouse on two floors with sunny terraces 1 minute walk to the communal pool (please ask for opening dates when booking). This property provides modern accommodation with luxury leather & light wood finishes. There is on street parking and the front gates open to allow access for a car. The ground floor offers a spacious lounge/dining room, double bedroom, shower room and well fitted kitchen with large outdoor terrace. The first floor gives access to 2 double bedrooms and a large family bathroom. A glass door takes you to the small terrace and steps lead up to the rooftop terrace with views to the town and open countryside. There are Good local shops, bars/restaurants close to the house and it is an easy walk to the beautiful centre of Lebrija with its picturesque plazas where you can relax with a fino. The town offers a wide range of facilities including a main line railway station, shops, supermarkets, banks plus the famous Roman ruins and Parish Church of Lebrij

Only complaint - our stay was too short. House was clean and very well equipped, kids enjoyed the pool. The beach at Sanlucar was good but preferred Chipiona. Would defintely book again.

La casa está bien, el entorno es mejorable

La casa cumple con lo que dice el anuncio, es espaciosa y está bien conservada aunque la televisión no se ve apenas y el satélite solo recibe canales estranjeros.

La pega principal es la piscina que se encuentra a 4 calles de la casa lo que hace que sea francamente incomodo el traslado y más con niños ya que hay que cruzar la calle varias veces.

Por otra parte la casa se encuentra en una zona parcialmente en construcción y no es especialmente atractiva.

Mirando la parte positiva se encuentra en un punto clave para visitar Andalucía al estar a menos de 1 hora de multiples puntos muy interesantes.

Lebrija is a friendly and unspoiled Spanish town offering a good selection of restaurants, cafes, tapas and wine bars. The open plazas with their outdoor seating provide an ideal place to rest and take in the sites. Its history goes back centuries and flamenco is a big part of that history with many of the famous flamenco singers and dancers coming from this area. With a mainline station Lebrija is ideally placed for visits to the villages and towns of the Costa de la Luz and the cities of Jerez, Seville and Cadiz. The road network is modern and well maintained and connects easily in 20 minutes to Jerez airport. The stunning beaches of Sanlucar, Chipiona and Rota are all within easy reach and are popular with windsurfers and swimmers. The beautiful mountains of the Sierra Grazalemas are nearby and very popular with walkers/hikers & birdwatchers alike. A journey down the coast from Sunlucar brings you to El Pueto de Santa Maria and Cadiz both famous for their fish restaurants.
