About Frazier Worth

We have lived here for about 20 years. We completed the Cottage in 2012. Jenny is a family physician. I am a teacher. We have 2 children, one in college and the other in high school.

Frazier Worth purchased this cottage in 1994

Why Frazier Worth chose Asheville Area

The Cottage is in a quiet pastoral, farming community. We like the privacy and peace we find here. We've spent a lot of time working on the gardens, flowers, and landscaping. You can pick raspberries in the morning to put on your cereal and have fresh lettuce on your sandwich at lunch.

What makes this cottage unique

The Cottage is our project. We designed it to be very comfortable for a couple. It is simple but elegant with everything you could need. There is a lot of light, front porch and deck, and internet.

Comfortable Cabin, Great Amenities

  • 5 of 5

We recently rented this cabin on a weekend trip to Asheville, our very first. We could not be happier with the accommodations. The distance to downtown Asheville was a short, easy drive. The large back porch overlooking the field was greatly appreciated by ourselves, as well as our dog, who probably spent most of his time out there. The owners are kind and responsive to any questions you may have. We will definitely be visiting again.

quaint beautiful getaway

  • 4 of 5

The garden cottage was the perfect place for my Husband and I to stay for our short weekend trip to Asheville. It was only about 20 minutes from downtown and there were tons to do nearby. The cottage was VERY clean and cozy and the surroundings were gorgeous.

COZY AND ADORABLE

  • 5 of 5

My best friend and I do a girls trip every year and just stayed at the cottage a couple weekends ago.

We had a great time. And the cottage is fully stocked, extremely cozy and has a fully stocked kitchen.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Book this cottage for your next trip. Do it!!! :)

We are located 20 min SE of Asheville. Asheville sights include The Biltmore House, Blue Ridge Parkway(10 min. away), eccentric, vibrant downtown with shopping, music and excellent restaurants.

Closer to our home there are quiet country lanes for walking and beautiful countryside.

Asheville has become a fine dining destination with too many fine restaurants to count. We love to go out ourselves and we can guide you to many of the best restaurants. Asheville also has many local beer breweries, making Asheville a great place to sample the best of independent brewing. Downtown is alive until all hours of the night with many coffee shops and bars many of which offer entertainment.

We also enjoy hiking in the area or just going to a local swimming hole in a beautiful creek or one of several rivers in the area. Rafting and canoeing are easy options here, also biking on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Rock climbing is also available at nearby Chimney Rock State Park.
