Great place, great location! Good to sleep 6 comfortably, not 8.

  • 5 of 5

This place is amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms area really nice. The living room is very cozy. Bedrooms are nice (the bunk room is tight, but beds are good). We LOVED the patio upstairs with the fireplace. The hot tub was great as well. Good communication with the owner/manager. There were 3 couples that were with our group.

I would recommend this for 6 people total, not 8. The pull out mattress on the sofa in the garage is terribly uncomfortable (about 4 inches thick and can easily feel the bars). Maybe could work for kids...If the owners upgraded that I would say it would be good for 8 people.

We would definitely stay here again!

Slightly disorganized but Good

  • 4 of 5

Overall i would characterize our stay as good. The location just off of Main Street in downtown Frisco is great and the overall cleanliness and condition of the condo is excellent. When we first arrived the code to get in did not initially work and it took 10 minutes of standing outside in the cold with our stuff to resolve the issue. Also, for the first 24 hours the wifi did not work, which was inconvenient since I was trying to catch up on some work email. Once these issues were resolved we enjoyed our weekend and the condo.

Beautiful home in Frisco

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The home is just as pictured and is quite cozy for a skiing weekend. The only negative that we experienced was that the power went out one night. We checked the breaker and there was nothing we could do on our end. We tried calling the only phone number we were given for the property manager and then tried emailing but never received any response. Thankfully, the power returned by morning and we weren't completely frozen by the time the heat turned back on.

Property was beautiful!

  • 3 of 5

Looked exactly as pictured, everything was super clean. It’s a perfect location for everything. A very nice place. The only problems we encountered was acquiring the entry door lock code, heating the condo, and being woke up earlier than anticipated on our day of departure by a man who wanted to clean the condo. I had to call and text several times as my family was at the door waiting to unpack. Once we gained access inside, we found the heat was off and the thermostat read 53 degrees. I called, but there was nobody available to help us. My husband spoke with the management representative, asked what kind of system it was, then figured out how to reset the unit as an error code was flashing. Luckily, we started the heat, but it didn’t reach 68 degrees until the following day. The remainder of our stay was amazing. The property was everything and more than we expected. The kids loved that their room had video games and every night we watched movies together, they have a lot of movies to choose from. Unfortunately on our last day house keeping started ringing the doorbell before 9:00 am. I was originally told that we could check out at 11:00 am. The gentleman said he just checking to see when we were leaving because the owners were coming in that day at 2 pm and we needed to be out no later than noon. Knowing the check out time was 11 am, we proceeded on with our morning and had vacated the property before the 11 o’clock hour. As we were walking out of the door to leave I received a call from the management representative stating that house keeping had been by and we said we weren’t leaving until 3:00 pm. This is not true, check out time was understood to be 11 am and we locked the door before ending our conversation with her. She was not very polite. The entire premise of that story is fabricated as we had to leave by 11:00 to catch our flight home. I do realize that things happen and people make mistakes but that was a few to many for one 4 day trip for me. Oh but the hot tub was so worth it!!

Nearly perfect

  • 4 of 5

Location wise, it was perfect! The cabin had nearly everything you needed and was comfortable. The only complaint was that sheets on the bed didn't fit and every morning we were woken Up before 6:00 am by neighbors or garbage trucks... in a tangle of sheets because they wouldn't stay put.
