Great view of Vinyard and very private location

  • 5 of 5

Very comfortable cabin! Great view and very private!

Older couples beware of the wooden stairs to get to bedroom and down to get

to the bathroom. Otherwise we really enjoyed the property!

We give this all 4 of our thumbs way-up. Loved the whole vibe of this place and the gorgeous surroundings. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Though the kitchen is small, the owners have thought of everything. We decided to cook in one night and loved being there for sunset and dusk, seeing the stars come out. (light pollution is minimal) The grill is good sized and has a side burner, so no need to use the hotplate appliance. Carla is a thoughtful host and has, as mentioned in other reviews, equipped the place perfectly. Suggestion: use the hat rack as your closet for hanging clothes. This is cabin living at its pure best. We'll go back and will tell our friends about it too.

Great Get Away!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. It is very nice and cozy. We really enjoyed the beautiful setting and sitting back with a fire going in the stove. It was so beautiful waking up and looking out the windows into beautiful wine country with a vineyard right at your feet. I would greatly recommend this cabin for your getaway. It made a perfect honeymoon escape!

Perfect spot for a relaxing time

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at the Beacon Hill cabin - I don't even know where to start. The location, the cabin itself, and the amenities provided were all perfect. The cabin is so cozy with its fireplace and Carla was kind enough to provide us with tons of wood and fire starters. She also left us a bottle of wine along with bagels and juice for the entire stay. The BBQ was great to have handy when we wanted to stay in and cook as we wanted to maximize our time at the cabin since it was such a relaxing environment. I was a bit worried about the detached bathroom, but it is literally one step outside the front door and is all enclosed - clean and warm! We can't wait to be back.

Picture Postcard Perfect

  • 5 of 5

This is an exceptional wine country retreat. Sitting at the top of a knoll overlook the vineyards and sweet little valley, the scene is so compelling that you simply don't want to leave.

Perfectly romantic for a couple.

We look forward to returning soon and often

The Beacon cabin is in its own private world, but still within reach of all the major attractions. Only a 5-10 min drive to major wineries: WillaKenzie Estate, Penner-Ash, Solena, Soter Vineyards, Shea Vineyards, and lots more!
