Misrepresented as a 3 bedroom but barely 2

  • 3 of 5

This is a beautiful property, very unique and tastefully restored with high quality fixtures in an excellent location. It would have been perfect for 2 people. It was listed as a 3 bedroom but in reality has one true bedroom and a loft sleeping area that is very dangerous to climb up into and once up there, you have to crawl over beams to get into the small beds. I don't think it would be safe for children. My husband and I are both mountain climbers and we had trouble getting up there.

The alleged 3rd bedroom is the living room couch and is can be counted as a sleeping area, but it is NOT a bedroom. The other factor is there is zero privacy. My husband and I slept with our niece above us in the loft so none of us had privacy as the loft overlooks the entire apartment.

This is an attic apartment, so you have to physically climb over the beams to get around and duck under beams to get into the kitchen. My husband banged his head multiple times and all of us tripped at one point or the other. Also, there is no lift to this apartment, just to the floor below. The last floor is a narrow winding staircase with NO handrail that you have to maneuver with luggage.

Gorgeous stay in the middle of Old Town

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was gorgeous with an amazing history. Axel was a gracious host and gave us many recommendations for food and entertainment. The apartment was conveniently located in the middle of Old Town, with many options for great food and beer.

Loved our stay in the apartment

  • 5 of 5

My daughter and I spent three nights in your charming, penthouse apartment, which was more than we expected because it was even better than your photos show. The bed was so comfortable; the kitchen well-appointed; the huge bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, plus unexpectedly appealing heated floors. We, from south Texas, never need heated floors so this was a new pleasure. The staff of Reval Management were helpful and accommodating during our visit, making our stay more pleasurable. I look forward to our family returning to Tallinn for a visit with a stay in your Old Penthouse apartment.

Fantastic Experience, Location, and Flat!

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed in the penthouse unit on Pikk street in Tallinn. Axel and his wife were accomodating and very helpful from even before we booked. They are a fantastic resource for the area - things to see and do, restaurants, transportation, etc. We had inquired the day before about an early arrival and due to our unit being occupied the night before Axel upgraded us to the larger penthouse unit for no charge which was great and allowed us to check in early.

The property has a lot of interesting history as Axel shared with us. There is an elevator and then one set of stairs from the 3rd level up to the attic apartments. The apartment was well equipped and gorgeous, their sense of design and usage of space was superb.

I would highly recommend staying in the building, its walking distance to everything in old town Tallinn and maybe a 2 minute walk to the main square. It could not be in a better location.

We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Tallinn!
