Unique Villas

Wir gehen jedes Jahr nach Koh Samui, hatten aber noch nie eine so schlechte Villa. Die für uns zuständige Dame fürs check in hat das Haus zum ersten Mal betreten und hatte keine Ahnung. In einem Zimmer war die Klima Anlage defekt, in einem anderen Zimmer der Ventilator. Die Haustür war auch nicht aufzukriegen. Im unteren Stock stinkts nach vermodert. Die Villa liegt mitten in der Anflug Schneise (gleich neben dem Flugplatz). Anders als bei allen anderen Villen bietet diese Verwaltung kaum einen Service. Man muss sich um alles selber kümmern. Immerhin erhielten wir ein late check out von einer Stunde. Trotzdem werden wir „Unique“ künftig meiden.

Villa sur la voie aérienne des avions, bruits des avions qui décollent et qui atterrissent non spécifiés dans l’annonce alors que c’est un point important! Si vous cherchez la tranquillité passez votre chemin! Maison vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu. Lave vaisselle qui tombe car pas accroché, trou dans la terrasse, odeur nauséabonde dans les chambres du bas, problème de climatisation (trop bruyante et impossible à régler, wifi non dispo, sur la description il y avait écrit billard mais il n’y en a pas etc…. Relation avec le propriétaire inexistante dès que nous le signalons des problèmes..
