Why Janie Pappas chose North Upper Street
We were captivated by the unique charm of this historic landmark and felt a responsibility to restore one of the oldest structures in Lexington.

Beautiful home! Convenient location!
Our group of six really enjoyed the beautiful home and convenient location to walk downtown! Clean, functional and lots of character. Improving the quality of some the living room seating would be appreciated by guests. Overall, we enjoyed the property and the communications from the vbro hosts!
4 Day Stay
A Very cool property in a wonderful location. All the amenities of home. Everything works well, A/C, internet, all appliances. Wonderful comfy beds. Good parking. It is old with original flooring (creaky, you won't have anyone sneak up on you.) Not a complaint, just an observation, there is no outside space or sitting area, and the main "front" door opens directly on to 3rd Street (common for many homes of this era), this was not a problem for us. We'd go back.
The Morrison Cabin was the perfect location, size and setting for our family celebration. Wonderful historic home with eclectic antique furnishings. It is walking distance to Gratz Park, downtown restaurants and the Blue Stallion Brewery - fantastic craft beer! The house had everything we needed - perfect for 3 couples.
Morrison cabin rental for bridesmaids
Morrison Cabin was an awesome place for my daughter and her bridesmaids to stay in! The getting ready pictures inside and outside in Gratz Park were beautiful! It was a perfect find.
Great location, clean, and very well maintained. Very easy to check in and out. I would stay again.
Morrison Cabin is the perfect “home away from home”. It has all the comforts you could possibly want and is in walking distance to many restaurants and landmarks. I love, love, love this little house!
Janie and John have thought of everything to make your stay perfect! This was the perfect spot for our wedding weekend stay! Close to so many things to do in Lexington! The Smith Family would stay here again in a heartbeat!
