We had a great holiday in a great house with everything we could have wanted, in a fantastic location. Thank you
A lovely family and we would be delighted to have you stay with us again. Really pleased you enjoyed the house and your holiday with us. Nick
great place very spacious..great location
good property...need to provide instructions to turn down heating
I am really pleased you liked the property and my apologies if it was too warm. The house is very well insulated and with large windows and patio doors the sun does tend to heat it up!
Lovely property and in a beautiful location.
Everything needed was to hand at the property. Lovely to have beds made, and towels included. Nice touch to receive a welcome pack, including milk in the fridge.
Wonderful place for family holiday near the beach
Great location. Close to the beach and a short walk for groceries. Very clean. The closed in back yard was great with small children. We had everything we needed other than maybe a few too many stairs for our toddler (the optional child gates helped though). There was plenty of space for 7 - 4 adults and three small children and having four bathrooms was a bonus.
Simply Awesome - will return
Fantastic location, accommodation perfect and Bude is a joy.
2 adults, 2 children (2 years and 5 months)
Great Large 4 bedroom house near to the beach
The house is spacious and modern with 4 very good size double bedrooms all well fitted out with modern furniture. It also has 4 bathroom/shower rooms which is big plus. The lounge and kitchen area are bright and comfortable. There are great sea views in some rooms and views over the nearby golf course in others. It has a garden accessed from the lounge/kitchen where you can have a barbecue and drinks overlooking the golf course. There's also a games room on the ground floor for the kids or even the parents!! Its just a few minutes walk from the beach which is great if you are a surfer as you can just carry your board to/from the beach. It has easy access to the coastal path if you are walker. There's also a shower room on the ground floor which is brilliant when you come off the beach covered in sand or in a wet suit. Its also not far from the centre of town where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants and a well known supermarket. I would have no problem in recommending this house to friends and family. It easily accommodates 8 people. Bude has plenty to offer including tennis, golf, coastal walking, surfing or just lazing on the beach.
Located in the popular Victorian seaside town of Bude where there are many activities on your doorstep - as well as swimming and surfing! The National Trust coastline provides some of the most spectacular scenery to be found and is within a few hundred yards. Tennis courts, kayak, canoeing, surfing, fishing, mountain biking and sailing are all nearby with numerous other attractions within a short drive. Bude is full of history; there is the Castle Heritage Centre, Canal Centre charting the history of the Bude canal and where you can walk or row; an excellent Nature Reserve where you can find many species of migrating birds; the famous Stratton Civil War battleground and close by are Clovelly harbour, King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel and slightly further afield The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Plymouth National Sea Aquarium, Lanhydrock House and many other fascinating and interesting places to visit.
Other Activities: Mountain boarding, skateboard park, crazy golf/pitch and putt
