About this property

Our Villa features two ensuite Master Bedrooms, one with a King bed & the other a Queen. The additional bedrooms feature one queen bed & the other twin beds with a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms have TV’s, walk in closets, and alarm clock radios. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms & on the pool deck. Our home also includes a large kitchen with a dining area, a den with sleeper couch to easily accomodate 8 people comfortably.The family room has a Flat Screen TV & a DVD player. There is internet access with wifi and free local & long distance phone calls.

Nice property

We enjoyed our 10 day stay here. Nice well equipped property just off Highway 27 with easy access for I4, Championsgate and local facilities. Nice to be away from hussle of the 192 area.

Fantastic location for the Disney/Universal experience

The property is spacious and well equipped. The communication before, during and after our trip was excellent. JoAnn answered any questions or queries quickly. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - and more - in terms of plates, crockery, coffee machines, blender, microwave, oven, separate grill, dishwasher. The housing development is quiet and feels safe, and the house has an intruder alarm for added security. Location-wise, we were an hour from the airport, an hour from Kennedy Space Centre, about 20 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Universal (if my memory serves me!) It is well placed for everything - including several malls, shopping outlets, restaurants and supermarkets.

Fantastic

Beautiful home, everything was perfect. The children did not want to leave the pool. The only thing I would change would be that there was a small food package on arrival as we arrived at 11pm and were tired and hungry. The home was a very relaxing place to be. Xx

Super Holiday Home:Ideal for families.

We had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and very big! Near enough to the parks and lots of other amenities but also gave us the peace and quiet as well. The pool was fantastic! Booking with the owner was easy and reliable through emails and paypal from England. We have already recommended this home to our family and friends. Thank you to JoAnn

As our permanent home is on Long Island in New York State, we have spent several winters renting in the Davenport area to get away from the cold & snow. We decided it would be nice to have our own home. We also felt it would be great to spend time vacationing with our children, grandchildren & friends.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking at different properties, we realized that Calabay Parc was outstanding with it's wonderful location, upscale homes & winding streets. We love the house & have now spent several weeks at our home including one week in December at Disney with the family. We have come to love the area & are very happy we chose Calabay Parc.

What makes this property unique

We have so many special memories from our time here. This home is everything we wanted in a vacation home from the south facing pool to relax by, the beautiful arched doorways, the large rooms & spacious closets.
