The property is located on Great King Street, one of the finest Georgian terraces in Edinburgh. It is a 5-10 minute walk from George Street and Princes Street where the best shops, restaurants and bars are located and the Castle is a 20 minute walk away. The apartment is on the first floor (one flight of stairs) of a traditional townhouse. The accommodation comprises a living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The superb living room has floor to ceiling windows, marble fireplace and decorative ceiling plasterwork has a large dining table, sofa bed, TV and DVD. The wonderful modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven and washing machine with built-in dryer. The main bathroom has a 'jacuzzi' bath and there is the second shower room off the master bedroom. The second bedroom overlooks the rear of the property with views to the north of the city and the third bedroom (twin beds) faces the front of the building. Parking is available on request.

We had a great time in this fabulous apartment in Edinburgh's New Town. Close to all the sites, restaurants, and shops. Francois met us on arrival to show us the ropes, which was lovely. There was plenty of room for four of us, with all the amenities you could ask for. Would highly recommend!
Very good location
Overall an excellent base for seeing Edinburgh. Only drawback is hard mattress which will suit lots of people but not my back, but small price to pay for visiting my favourite city.

Convenient location and a great place to stay
The flat was a great place for the 5 of us to stay during our 4 days in Edinburgh. Its within walking distance to the Royal mile (~20 mins) and to the Waverly train/ bus stations (~15 mins). There is plenty of room and the amenities were good. There are plenty of cafes in the neighborhood and also a Tesco Express around the corner to get necessities.
The only minor issue we had was that there was no hand soap or laundry detergent in the apartment when we arrived and we had to get some ourselves from Tesco.
Overall a great experience and a nice place to stay.

Appartment is in a great location for seeing all the sights. Lovely old Georgian townhouse conversion which gave us that “Edinburgh” experience.
Just back from a week at this fabulous apartment. Great central location. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
The property is located in the city centre so it is within easy walking distance of Waveley Station (15 minute walk), city centre attractions and shops and restaurants. There are a number of good shops and restaurants round the corner on Dundas Street. This street is also well known for its numerous, varied and expensive art galleries!
