Downtown Boulder, bright and close to everything
Enjoyed the stay in Downtown Boulder this week. Owner is a great communicator and offers a clean, well furnished accommodations. Building itself is getting updates and that will make it even more attractive for Boulder visitors. Kitchen, oversized upstairs bathroom and loft/bedroom all very nice too. Glad to have found this place on VRBO for the week. Thanks.
Great location & neighborhood; everything as pictured and described
My husband and I stayed here while in Boulder for our granddaughter's graduation from CU. Assets are: great location, unit was very clean, designated and covered parking, comfortable bed, comfy sofa, easy-to-use TV, coffee supplied for Keurig coffee maker, well supplied with towels, TP, etc., interesting wall decor. We were a bit surprised to find no eating table nor sit-up bar. Because we ate our meals elsewhere, it was not a problem for us, but other guests should be aware of that. Another surprise was that the bedroom is in the loft (obviously we failed to notice the railings in the photos). Since we are seniors with normal aging issues, we found getting luggage up and down the stairs a bit challenging. As seniors, we found that the ledge around the tub/shower was a bit high and wide. Would highly recommend to younger people who are happy to sit on sofa to eat or will be eating most meals elsewhere. Once again, though, one couldn't beat the location--great for our needs and overall, very comfortable.
