Casa Miela is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; situated in a quiet private residential cul-de-sac in Playa Flamenca with a seaview from the roof solarium. The beach is around a 15min easy walk. The private residents only pool (fob entry) is around the corner from Casa Miela (30sec). The local supermarket is a 5min walk and 2 x Commercial Centres with restaurants and bars are also nearby (within 5&10min walk). The all new La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is also within walking distance and features many high street shops, restaurants, outdoor features including entertainment in the summer months.

Casa Miela benefits from Air Con in the lounge area, ceiling & portable fans in every room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, iron/ironing board, LED TV with UK TV, roof terrace with dining area, car parking space, digital safe & much more.

The nearest Airport is Murcia (15min drive) and Alicante (45min drive). Attractive town of Torrevieja is a 10min drive with promenade cafes, street markets and funfair.

Costa Blanca: The Costa Blanca boasts over 320 sunny days every year and with its outstanding mix of miles of white sandy beaches, tranquil inland village, spectacular mountain scenery and choices of resorts is one of the most cosmopolitan coastlines in Europe. The fabulous coastline which stretches from Valencia in the North to Murcia in the South has over 100km of white powdery beaches of which many have been awarded the treasured ‘blue flag’ by the EU. The local beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia & Cabo Roig are within 5 minutes drive. The beaches provide sun beds, parasols to hire, various water sports and there are also beach bars and children’s activity areas. Various restaurants and bars (family atmospheres) can also be found at nearby Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Punta Prima as well as Playa Flamenca.

Golf Courses: There are various Golf Courses around the Valencian parts...a few within short driving distance from our Villa. All beautiful in design, fulfilling in challenge and bursting with climate. Campoamor:- Situated in a magnificent location in Playas de Orihuela, it is a panoramic course with expansive fairways with six 'dog legs' to keep you on your toes and unusual in the fact that there are only eight par 4 holes.Spectacular views overlooking the lush green fairways.Villamartín:- Venue for the P.G.A. Mediterranean Open 1994. Oldest of the 3 courses closest to us and breathtaking in beauty. Playing over undulating fairways to well protected greens, no 2 holes are alike. Las Ramblas:10 mins from Playas de Orihuela. For golfers who like narrow fairways and elevated tee positions its is perfect in its lush maturity. La Finca:- Superb course located to the south of Alicante. Excellent tees, greens and fairways.

Why Samantha Wright chose Playa Flamenca

We chose the villa after looking at quite a few in the area and fell in love with it.. it had so much character, yet quite simple, and felt distinctively unique to other villas we had seen, At one point whilst viewing the villa we stood on the roof solarium and looked out to sea, it was so peaceful and quiet. The meditteranean sun was beating down and there was such an element of calm. The local area has so much to offer; beaches close by, shopping centre, bars and restaurants.. We just felt it was just a lovely place to be!..

What makes this villa unique

We feel the unique benefits of our property is that it is clean, spacious, quiet, friendly and secure location. We are close to the beach, great restaurants, shops and not forgetting the sat street market. Finally a great bonus is we have a lovely seaview from the roof solarium! It is truly loved very much! :)

This was the 1st time we had booked a holiday with a private owner and were a little apprehensive as to how it would work. Sam was really helpful and we were very pleased when we arrived at the villa. The welcome pack was a god send as we were famished and it was so hot! The air con and fans worked overtime! :) We had great meals out, cooked on the bbq and had some great beach days! The kids loved the pool very much and it was a real comfort being in a private street with no public access. We will definitely recommend and thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely villa. Blessings. Marcel

Villa Miel

We had a fantastic holiday and did not want to come home. The Villa was very clean and the beds were really comfy the best beds we have slept on in a villa rental they were memory foam.Everybody was really lovely on the gated complex and made us feel so welcome especially Frank and Mavis across from us and the 2 scottish couples next to frank and mavis they all gave us tips on where to go and what to do they helped to make our holiday.there is lots of things around about the la zenia boulevard is a must and the saturday market just at the end of the road is massive.Also there is a wonderfull spiritualist church called the Baker foundation at the end of the second road we were made very welcome there. The villa is really lovely and we hope to return again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is brilliant close to all amenities and a pleasant 20 minute walk to some lovely beaches. The accommodation was very well maintained and we did enjoy a few nights staying in. I would definitely recommend this property and would have no hesitation in returning.

Good location, close to all amenities

Enjoyed a great week in the winter sun, enjoyed the area and Casa Miele, well stocked and everything you end for a comfortable stay with a covered terrace to the front of the property which was used for al fresco dining. Overall a lovely, safe place to stay.

Playa Flamenca is a beautiful coastal residential area in Orihuela Costa. WIth a local bank, tourist info office, supermarket, bars, restaurants and a few shops, it has the feel of friendly locality and paradise tranquillity. There is one of the best street markets around held every Saturday from 9am - 3pm on the main street and is literally 2-3min walk from Casa Miela. It hosts everything you could wish for from fresh fruit and veg to shoes, jewellery and linens (not to be missed!). The freshly roasted chickens are mouthwatering and the German danishes melt in your mouth! Orihuela costa and surrounding regions have something for almost every tourist, beautiful sandy beaches with beach bars and BBQ til late, historic buildings, various golf courses with open restaurants and bars, beautiful scenery and breathtaking landscapes. There is also the very newly opened Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre within 10 mins walk from the villa with everything you could imagine in one place! Open air shopping, restaurants and bars open til late. Play areas for children, fountains to keep the kids cool! Very large tv in main square with market stalls and street cafes. A full day out for all the family! The bustling town of Torrevieja is around 10 mins drive north and provides a resident promenade market, fun fair, bars & restaurants and much more.

Other Activities: Go Karting, Centre close by on N332, Lovely Water Park near Torrevieja, Terra Mitica Theme Park Benidorm within 1 hour drive north
