Apt Crystal Clear is a comfortable apartment on the 1st floor of a apartment block. It shares a communal swimming pool and small sunbathing terrace with 8 other apts and, surrounded by olive groves and fields on 2 sides, makes for a wonderfully peaceful holiday. From the balcony are unspoilt seaviews with the mountains of the mainland off in the distance.

There is a spacious living room with kitchen and a separate dining area. Enjoy sunsets on the balcony over cocktails and supper, or taste the local cuisine in the many restaurants in the town. Sleeping is in 2 double bedrooms and the double sofabed. The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection. There is a private parking lot for the apartment block.

By day take to Vela Luka beach which is 800m away. This beach has a sandy seabed so is great for children and non–swimmers. It is surrounded by pine forest so there is shade as well as sun as you like. And you can also rent sun loungers and umbrellas. There are a few kiosks where you can buy a fast food and ice creams and there is a cafe bar / buffet where you can have breakfast or lunch.

Alternatively just 1km from the apartment a great pebble beach. The sea here is clear and the seabed sandy. The bay is surrounded by pine forest and vegetation and is suitable for bathers and naturists. You can park your car by this beach.

The famous Banj beach is 1.2km from the apartment. Here are giant water slides, a scuba dive center and several lounge and cocktail bars including Bennys bar which is a great evening venue as well. You can rent paddleboats, deck chairs and parasols here. The sea is shallow with a sandy bed which makes it ideal for games in the shallows. It is situated in the heart of Supetar and is very popular among all generations. Thanks to the shallow and additional entertainment facilities this beach it is particularly suitable for children. The beach is covered in medium-sized pebble. The showers are free of charge.

The closest restaurant is Konoba Lus which is just 20m away. This is a lovely spot to have dinner, a nice garden atmosphere between the olive trees with tasty food prepared on an open fire.

600m away is the Velaris resort restaurant which is open for non hotel guests and here you can try delicious dishes, olive oil, domestic vegetables and many other products of Brac.

Punta restaurant is 1km from the apartment and is set in a natural green environment right by the sea and a most spectacular sunset can be enjoyed here.

During the summer the nightlife in Supetar is very interesting. All generations will find something to enjoy. There are many exhibitions, acapela singers, bars and restaurants.

As the sun goes down the bars and nightclubs of Supetar’s busy main street become the focus of the evening. Lively bars and very late night dance venues are all available in the most popular night bars: Havana, Paparazzo, Roso and Benny's bar. The apartment is 1.2km from the night life scene.

Alternatively spend evenings in the historical centre with its cobbled alleyways and home to art, jewellery and clothings shops, plus its restaurants, cafes and many ice cream sellers!

Supetar Attractions: Supetar offers fun for all the family. There are 2 giant water slides on one beach plus a small fun pool. In the centre of town is a funfair that has rides for the very small up to teenagers. And there are outdoor slot machines, pool tables and table football. There is openair shopping for local crafts and jewellry every evening and numerous sellers of fine icecreams to enjoy as you promenade along the harbour side. 4km out of town is a local zoo with domestic animals and this also has a playing and sports area for children. The kids can play whilst mum and dad enjoy drinks at the domestic out door restaurant there.

Getting to Brac: Take the 45 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 45 minutes. The cost per person is approx 5 Euro.

Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Please be advised that the road access to the apt. block is 200 m along a rough road, it's not laid with asphalt.

Appartement très propre mais quelques disfonctionnements

Superbe appartement, une vue magnifique, la piscine est au top, mais :

- les prises de courant sont mal posées et ressortent des murs, dangereux pour les enfants

- des ampoules qui ne fonctionnaient pas

- des ustensiles de cuisines cassé : le seul saladier était fendu, nous avons aussi dû racheter des couverts car ils cassaient comme du verre.

- le frigo, même le thermostat règle au maximum, avait beaucoup de mal a faire du froid.

Tout ceci est anecdotique et n'a pas pourri notre séjour, néanmoins je pense que l'agence, sur l'ile, devrait être un peu plus sérieuse sur ces points.

Au final un séjour génial tout de même.

Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Supetar vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Eat out at a different restaurant each evening and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the town. Or, just 45 minutes from Supetar by car, you can visit beautiful beach resort named Bol, very famous for its beach phenomenon called Zlatni Rat. Alternatively take a 45-minute ferry ride to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace, do some designer brand name shopping, or just promenade along the elegant palm tree lined Riva eating an ice cream! For a quiet holiday come in June or September. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.
