Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the beautiful Marche Forville, close to the port. This apartment has one of the most central locations in Cannes.
Total area: 100 sq. m. of apartment, consisting of 3 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms.
The living area is open planned with a large L shaped couch, extendable table (for 8 people) and American style kitchen.
All bedrooms have a hand basin and shower.
All rooms are air-conditioning.
Underground car parking can be provided for a fee.
The apartment itself is perfectly placed in Cannes - you end up spoiling yourself everyday with the most wonderful brunch, lunch, snacks, dinner from the vast food market on your doorstep. Luckily there are a few wonderful bars in the market square which is great for the daytime but also not too many that it is really loud all through the night.
The apartment is spacious, airy and full of character with high ceilings and wooden beams – we chose it because it isn’t the modern, soulless places you often have to get for the price and central location. Three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms gives you plenty of options as a family or group of friends and the lounge is great for pre-dinner cocktails if the weather isn’t so good or a cosy film night in.
We will certainly be coming again!
We were there for the TFWA conference and the place was simply convenient for everything. Very clean, comfortable, and the owner's assistant was very helpful. Couldn't ask for more. The picture below is the view from the window of one of the bedrooms.
My family had a really enjoyable week in Cannes, the apartment met our requirements perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all of a high standard. The market opposite offer great produce and give you a real taste of France. The apartment is well kited out and provides a good level of comfort.
I will be booking this again for next summer.
The apartment has a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. It has new air conditioning in all rooms. With the central location, I would not recommend a car, though there are underground car parks which we paid for.
This is a great apartment to stay in Cannes. Excellent location walking distance to too many points of interest: restaurants, bakeries, the beach, the Palais, Boulevard de la Croisette,etc. Plus, the market in front of the apartment is unbelievable. Man
My wife and I took our two young daughters away for some early summer sun.
This apartment was perfect in a perfect location! The beach is a stones throw away which was perfect for kids who want to play in the sand and there are loads of restaurants 2 mins from the door.
The market literally downstairs was great, fresh food on your doorstep daily.
The apartment was perfect too, clean, tidy well equipped, no shortage of bathrooms and plenty of space for all of us.
We would love to go back and plan to do so in the not too distant future. Might even take the in-laws as there would be space for them also.
Located right in the center of Cannes over looking the beautiful Marche Forville, just 2 minutes walk from the beaches and festival hall, everything you could require in Cannes is no more than 200m walk from this fantastic setting.
