Bright attractive lounge with double glass doors to small decorative balcony overlooking park, comfortable sofas, dining area, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi andunlimited free internet access.

Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, trouser press, hair dryer.

Breakfasting kitchen with attractively fitted units, breakfast bar, gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and ironing facilities.

Bathroom with electric shower over bath and shaver socket.

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

The price includes linen, towels, electricity, gas and welcome pack of fruit, coffee,. tea, biscuits, bread, butter and milk. There are also necessary oils and spices.

The owners have been renting properties since 1980. They bought their first holiday rental at Huntingdon Place in 2003. They enjoy the holiday rental business because you allow us to meet new people all the time. They pride themselves in making a home from home for their guests. Providing the small extras can make such a difference to peoples level of satisfaction. has been in the hospitality industry for more than 40 years in Edinburgh.

The property is situated in private gardens and overlooks a small local park. This provides the benefits of a central location without the noise of the City. The local area is very popular with all age group with local restaurants, bars, cinemas and a theatre which stages National productions.

This property is situated in a quiet cul de sac. The grounds common areas are well maintained and there is private individual parking which is essential in the busy City of Edinburgh. There is unobstructed view from the lounge,kitchen and bedroom of a small well kept park..

Very comfortable flat, convenient location, great hosts

A very comfortable flat within walking distance of many area sights. Hosts were great to have brochures and maps of local sights as well as restaurant menus. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent location, perfect position and very well appointed

We were very pleased with the apartment, very clean and bright and in an excellent position to explore Edinburgh. The parking space was an added boon. Arrangements for our reception and introduction to the apartment were impeccable as arranged by the owner. We would not hesitate in recommending the apartment as an ideal Edinburgh location.

Marvelous

Thank you Angela and Gordan for keeping such a lovely flat. Tremendous location for quick walks to all the main sites in town including rail and tours. We really looked forward to our return to this cozy, clean and quiet flat at the end of each day.. Really appreciate the breakfast rolls and fruit greeting our arrival after a long day of international travel. Nice touch. Thanks again!

Perfect location! Clean, modern and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh and the flat was perfectly located for exploring the city on foot, yet providing a quiet, peaceful solace at the end of the day. Angela met us on arrival and was very helpful, giving useful information about the flat and the local area. The welcome basket of fruit, bread, butter, tea, milk, biscuits etc was very much appreciated and the flat was smart and clean, providing everything we needed. The private parking space was also great for us as we could leave the car safely parked during our stay as we enjoyed exploring the city on foot. Would definitely recommend the flat to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable stay in Edinburgh with easy access to all the delights the city has to offer and would happily return for another stay!

The flat was in a great location. Clean, modern and well kitted out.

The flat was perfect for us and our boys (9 & 7) to have a base while we took in the attractions of Edinburgh. The flat was really well equipped and very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to be met by the owner, Angela, who took the time to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay, as well as providing us with some groceries to get us started ( the boys especially appreciated the sweeties!). Even though the flat is centrally located, it was very quiet, day and night, which meant that we had uninterrupted sleep - very important when you have wee ones and busy days. We loved the fact that we had a safe space for the car, especially as we didn't need to use it during our stay. The whole family agreed that the flat was great and we decided that we'd all like to come back again soon!
