The owners have been renting properties since 1980. They bought their first holiday rental at Huntingdon Place in 2003. They enjoy the holiday rental business because you allow us to meet new people all the time. They pride themselves in making a home from home for their guests. Providing the small extras can make such a difference to peoples level of satisfaction. has been in the hospitality industry for more than 40 years in Edinburgh.

Exceptional

The flat was lovely and stocked with everything you may need, tea and coffee, bread and fruit. The Market is only steps away and Angela really made us feel at home. It’s located in a quiet little neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist sites but close enough to get to them quickly. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Homey feel in dynamic city, great amneties

Very clean , spacious , washer/dryer, great kitchen, easy access to Edinburgh sights, grocery stores in easy walking time . And parking! There wasn’t anything left out. Perfect for 4 people. Gracious host .

Wonderful Flat with everything we needed!

Gordon met us right on time to show us where to park and to let us in and show us around. He was very thorough and even left some delicious bread and butter, fresh fruit and milk and cookies! We were too tired to head out to eat so dinner was covered. We very much appreciated being able to eat a bite take a bath and collapse into our cozy beds.

He told us how to walk to the nearest market which was very convenient and across from it was Vittorio’s Italian restaurant which was delicious. The flat is tucked away behind that main road so it was nice and quiet from city traffic noise. Also we were able to do a load of laundry once we figured it out. It was great to feel at home in the city.

Great Apartment for an Edinburgh Holiday

The property is well situated in a quiet area that is close to the amenities. It is spacious and well appointed with many extras. Angela welcomed us upon arrival and gave us helpful information for our stay. She even provided a welcome gift of bread, rolls, milk, cookies and chocolate that was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
