The apartment is located on the second (top) floor accessible by stairs. The living area has been contemporarily furnished and possesses a high peaked ceiling with access to a large private terrace and a Juliet balcony offering uninterrupted views of Boka Kotorska. The large L shaped lounge includes a pull out double bed and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted view of Boka Kotorska. Each bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the first bedroom opens up onto the private terrace, and the second bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and west along the seafront of Dobrota. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining facilities. One fully fitted bathroom including spacious shower, toilet, heating and washing machine. Each room is fitted with a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. A dedicated parking space is situated at the front of the building.
The apartment is located about 5minute drive from Kotor Old Town. It's position is ideal for catching the last bits of sun before it falls behind the mountains in the distance. The view is breathtaking.
The apartment is well equipped however there were a couple of things that were not ideal. The iron, on the lowest setting, instantly burnt a hole in my partners top. No toilet roll was provided. The internet didn't work until the penultimate day and the cable TV didn't work either. There are however a good range of DVDs and some cards there in case the weather is bad.
All in all the apartment is a great place to explore the area.
Advice: if the weather is bad in Kotor then drive out to the Lustica Peninsula to Rose or to Ribersko Selo. The weather seemed to be better there.
We had a lovely holiday here with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was comfortable, clean and modern with a nice range of DVDs. The view is just spectacular. The only downside for us was that the pool is not heated so our daughter found it a bit too cold, not helped by the cooler weather and rain that we happened to have during our stay! A car is a definite must as there are not that many restaurants in walking distance and it allows you to explore the local area. A really lovely apartment and great holiday thankyou. PS bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings!
very nice appartment - great location and magnificient view - we stayed 2 weeks with children - easy access to various places in montenegro. Beach very close and nice swimming pool in the residence. We recommend this place !
The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped and the view absolutely sensational! Daniel was very helpful and present every morning and evening, taking very good care of the pool, which is small but lovely. The only thing to be aware of is the terribly steep path in dreadful condition to get down to the village. No lighting whatsoever, so make sure you download the spotlight app on you phone, I used it every time! This is a perfect place to stay!
One of the best places we have stayed! The apartment is in the perfect location to explore the best parts of this beautiful country. Very modern, comfortable accommodation with spectacular panoramic views. Daniel who looks after the apartment is very friendly and helpful. 3 or 4 nice restaurants within a short walk with plenty more to choose from 10 mins taxi drive away in Kotor old town. Modern marina at Tivat also a short taxi drive with lots of modern restaurants and bars. The pool is amazing with beautiful views, maintained on a daily basis. This apartment also benefits from a roof top terrace, perfect for sunbathing and drinks on an evening with spectacular sun sets. Accommodation was as described. The owner made the transactions easy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay! Jon and Rach.
The apartment is as described, no disappointments. The view is incredible. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and also having sundowners at Hotel Forza.
What to watch out for: If you don't travel to Montenegro in peak season, construction noise can be relentless, often starting at 5am and finishing at 1am. Concrete mixers, jack hammers you name it. It was the only negative to our stay, at times it sounded like we were living on a construction site (they were building a house below the apartments), this meant we had to sleep with doors etc shut.
The apartment is located in Boka Heights, Dobrota, which is approximately 250 metres from the sea front of Boka Kotorska. Boka Kotorska is a listed UNESCO world heritage site with a rich culture and dotted in attractive coastal towns, most famous is the beautiful old Venetian city of Kotor and Perast, which are approximately 3km west and 10km northeast respectively from Dobrota. Dobrota is one of the most stunning and popular waterfront villages in Montenegro, with close proximity to numerous bars, restaurants, and water activities, such as sailing, fishing and swimming.
Getting There: Tivat Airport is the ideal choice, but our guests can also fly into the international airports of 'Cilipi Airport' (Dubrovnik, Croatia - approximately 60km or 1.5 hours by car) and 'Podgorica Airport' (approximately 90km or 1.5 hours by car).
