A lovely Spacious and Bright luxury 85sq m Two Bedroom apartment that is in an excellent central location! Only a block away from the main beachfront promenade 'La Croisette'. Only 1 1/2min to Beaches, great Shopping, Cafes & Restaurants and only 5min walk to the Festival Hall. The Carre D'Or is the most vibrant and exclusive area in Cannes. *Note even whit its central location the Apartment is stil very Quiet & Calm! There is parking underground but you are so central you don't need it! It is situated on the 4th floor of a modern building with an elevator/lift. There is a front Balcony & a rear 7m loggia/terrace overlooking a garden- both areas are nice for drinks or al fresco dining. There is a new modern Air Conditioning system in both bedrooms and the living room. Internet & WiFi for laptops. DVD player & 42' flat screen Tv w/ Cable (4 English News stns BBC,Sky,CNN and France 24hrs, movies,sports etc..) Two IHOMES w IPOD & IPHONE docking stations to listen to you own music.

Gem of a Location.: Secure parking- if you need but the location is so central you can walk everwhere! It is 'Very Convenient' to everything that you might need.

-1 min walk to La Croisette promenade perfect for strolling

-1 1/2 min walk to the beautiful Plage royale Beach (private catered beaches w loungers or miles of public beaches

-1 min walk to Rue D'Antibes ( Cannes 5th ave) for fashionable boutiques and shops

-1 min walk for Restaurants, cafes & Bars for all tastes

-Boulangerie & Pastsserie (bakery & pastry shop) just around the corner

-5 min walk to Palais du Festival

- Airport Shuttle only 5 mins walk in front of Hotel Grey D'albion departs every 30 mins to Nice airport (16 euros)

-4 mins walk to place Gambetta market flowers,fruits and vegetables

-7 mins walk to Cannes train station

-10 min walk to old port to admire Luxury yachts and fishing boats

-10 mins walk to Le Suquet 'Romantic Old town' with narrow winding streets restaurants, shops and the colourful Forville open air market

Close by:: Ferry trips to the beautiful Lerins Islands. Only 15 mins away by boat to both 1) St Margaurite famous for its fortress that held captive the man in 'Iron Mask' & 2) St Honorat famous for it monastery and local vineyards. Both of these island have many relaxing coastal walks in a natural setting.

- in summer there are also boat trips to St Tropez and Monaco

-Skiing at Isola 2,000, Valberg & Auron and returning in the same day!

-20 mins drive to Mougins the gastronomique capitol of the south

-Antibes, Nice, Villefranche sur mer & Monaco are easily accesible by local trains

The location of the apartment is the best you can wish staying in Cannes for vacation. The apartment itself is very spacious, modern, well organized . Everything you need from home appliances you can find there. We are really enjoyed our stay in Cannes especially due toour good choice of this apartment. A great holiday in Cannes

Thanks for a fabulous holiday. We loved your apartment; it's one of the best we've ever stayed in: it really has the "wow" factor and is extremely well equipped and furnished. The location is superb; we never used the car (but thanks for the use of the garage...), we just strolled to the beach, the shops and all the great restaurants and bars nearby. We wouild love to come back!

Ideal for exploring local attractions or simply to enjoy a relaxing Holiday! Also,great for Business travelers looking for a central location for one of the many Congresses/conferences that the city hosts like the famous Film Festival. Cannes has it all: Miles of beautiful beaches, colourful open air local markets, luxury yachts in its marinas, great shopping at fashionable boutiques on rue D'Antibes, charming Old Town 'Le Suquet' , many Restaurants, Bars & Bistros to suit all tastes. All within easy walking distance of the apartment!!! Two local Islands St Margaurite and St Honorat only 15 mins away by boat. If you feel like exploring further afield there are many local attractions close by. Charming old villages like St Paul de Vence & Mougins only a short drive away. Nice, Antibes, Monaco within easy access by train. St Tropez is a lovely day trip by boat or car. Ski resorts are only 2 hrs away. Its great all year In the French Riviera, the sky is so blue and the food fabulous!

If you need to cancel within 2 weeks and I am unable to find replacement Guests you will forfeit your deposit.
If you need to cancel under 1 week of the start of your rental and I am unable to find replacement Guests you will forfeit 100% of your payment or you can use the payment for dates sometime in the future.
I try to work with Guests as best as possible when plans may need to change.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
