This ground floor duplex apartment is positioned overlooking a delightful swimming pool within secure community grounds. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen off the entrance hall and next to it is the downstairs bathroom. Into the lounge area is table and chairs and seating for 6 people, with TV, radio, CD and DVD player. Through the sliding patio doors onto the private terrace overlooking the pool with table and chairs for 6 people. There is an extendible awning for those hot summer evenings. Upstairs leads to the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. A further 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a main bathroom. All bedrooms fitted with built-in wardrobes and drawers.
Outside, there are community landscaped gardens to the front and back with a small childrens play area. The underground car park is accessed by staircase or lift to your reserved car parking space. At the back of this space is our storeroom for garden/ beach chairs, loungers and snorkelling equipment.
Additional information about our apartment: Our holiday home is located in Cala Blanca, a fairly quiet suburb of Javea but is easily accessible to the three main areas of Javea. Firstly, the very popular Arenal beach, with it's golden sands bordered with bars, restaurants and shops. Secondly, the port area with it's fishing harbour, beautiful promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. Thirdly, the old town with many historic buildings, narrow streets and markets.
Our apartment is a great base for a family holiday with mostly English and Spanish families. We have had many holidays there ourselves and have equipped the place with all the things that a family would need away from home.
Tennis: There are local tennis courts for hire per hour.
5 minutes walk away at Toscamar Club, 5 minutes drive is Javea Club de Tenis and 10 mins drive to the courts at Javea Golf club.
Overall we where very pleased with the property, very clean and tidy, great location walk out door and straight to pool.
House cleaner Lou and her Family are very nice and helpful people. We will definitely stay here again. Also only 15 mins walk from the Arenal,
Only things stopping it from 5 rating is no air-con but this was not a major issue as ceiling fans and free standing fans also provided, although fans a little noisy when trying to sleep,
Also I feel could have been better equipped for small Children with travel cot and high chair these are not a big expense and would really save families the hassle of bringing them or the expense of renting them.
Roger the owner is also very helpful and easy to contact, look forward to staying here again in the coming years.
This place was lively with 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms it gave us a lot of space having 2 kids.
The pool was great only being within 10m from the patio.
For us gong end of May start of June it wasn't over busy so we had the pool all the time with the help of a few other kids.
We like javea we like this place.
Sorry roger we will be going to the US next year but the following summer we will look out for you again.
The apartment was everything we could wish for - clean, functional, spacious and well equipped. Within easy reach of Arenal and Javea port and old town providing a huge range of good and cheap restaurants.
We rented this apartment for 2 weeks as a family of 4....2 adults, 14 year daughter and a 8 year old son. On arrival to the apartment our first impressions was it was extremely clean and well kept, with lovely surroundings. The facilities were as described if not better!! The kitchen had good equipment and the apartment in general was well equipped. The location to the beach and nightlife was perfect as we could all walk easily there and back, with supermarkets even closer up the road. The pool was kept clean and maintained.
We have totally enjoyed our holiday here, making friends with others in the block were we shared many fond memories and can not wait to return. If I was totally picky I would recommend air conditioning but on the whole it didn't make that much difference as we are hoping to return next year.
The apartment is perfect, comfortable, very spacious and it is in a very good condition, furthermore it has a good location near the Arenal sandy beach and cala Blanca, my only "con" could be a "pro" for anyone because it´s a very familiar place with little children and they not always respect the rules about resting time but everything else about the apartment is really top quality.
there was great holidays, like the last year, in your appartment. There is all we need in the room and the kitchen ( maybe you'll can buy more flatware). The housekeeper is very sympathic and helpful. However there was steals in a night and some beach material disapeared. But this event did not spoil our holidays and we will come with the same pleasure the next summer.
Javea nestles between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao and is protected from the continental winds by the Montgo mountain barrier. It's mild year-round climate is perfect for that relaxing holiday but with plenty of activities and sightseeing for the more adventurous. The apartment is situated just south of the main beach area 'El Arenal' which is 15mins walk. The 'rocky' beach of Playa Caleta is 5 mins walk from the apartment with a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, restaurants and other shops within a few minutes walk.
By car, you can visit the beautiful sights of the Jalon Valley, or the Eagle's Nest fortress at Guadalest overlooking the reservoir. Take a day trip by car or train to the beautiful ancient city of Valencia.
For the more active, there's tennis, golf, scuba diving, wind surfing, sailing, walking, etc., all within easy striking distance of the apartment.
After all that, take a stroll with the beach chair down to Playa Caleta and watch the boats and the world go by!
Golf: Javea Golf Club is the closest to our apartment, with La Salle and Oliva Nova Club being just over half an hours drive.

A 25% deposit is required with booking and balance paid 55 days before your arrival date. If booked within 55 days of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.
A damage deposit of £100 is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection by our agent.
