About Kathleen O'Keefe
Kathleen grew up in Buffalo NY and moved to California at the age of 21. Ed is a native of California and enjoyed a pro football career which included 5 years as a Defensive End for the NY Jets. So we both "Love NY"...especially the charming Village of East Aurora.
Kathleen O'Keefe purchased this House in 2014
Why Kathleen O'Keefe chose East Aurora
We absolutely LOVE this home and unfortunately can't use it as much as we'd like to at this point. It is OUR HOME in East Aurora that we are willing to share with others that will appreciate it's charm, amazing location and luxe comforts!

Beautiful home, great location
I had a great stay at this house in East Aurora. The location is perfect, walking distance to Main St. and delicious restaurants, bakeries, and the ice cream shop, but still on a quiet street. The house is decorated and furnished beautifully. Very clean with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
The house was exactly as advertised and our stay was great. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thanks for everything!
Thank you Mark! Great to have you!
Good location -walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, park and Children's Museum.
Very lovely home. Beautifully decorated. Not centrally air conditioned. 2 small window portable units which were insufficient to keep property cool. Neighbors next door were extremely loud. Jacuzzi tub was not working. This house might be a better choice in the fall weather.
Thank you for your review. This lovely home was built in 1865 and central air would be impossible to install in a home of that vintage...but that's the charm of it though what could be updated in the home with all modern conveniences had been done so tastefully! The Village of East Aurora was built at that time and the majority of homes would have the same situation. Sorry that you didn't feel the new top of the line units that were provided were sufficient. Regarding the new jetted tub upstairs, unfortunately it isn't operational but wasn't advertised as a feature to be used by guests either. Regarding noisy neighbors...clearly NEVER a problem for me or anyone that's ever stayed there before. Could be the fact that you were there during the Fourth of July celebrations which are incredible in the Village with fireworks, parties & parades.
Located within walking distance of the Historic Roycroft Inn. Charming shops, restaurants and bars are all steps from the property
