A newly built luxury second floor 1,500 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment on the beach at White Sands in St Lawrence Gap. Incorporating 2 en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and top of the range finishes such as cedar French doors and windows, the condominium comes fully equipped and furnished and includes satellite television for high quality reception with a 40 inch plasma screen, internet streamer with live TV channels from the UK, USA etc plus recent films, extensive DVD film library, CD / ipod player and broadband wi-fi internet access. Dine indoors or on the large 230 sq ft terrace balcony with panoramic views over the beach and Caribbean Sea.

The building has high levels of security including CCTV, security guard, intercom and private parking, elevator, swimming pool and sun deck with direct access onto a quiet secluded beach. Maid service is provided twice a week. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities are within a short walking distance.

A haven of peace and tranquility with nightlife just a walk away.

About Philip Ball

I am semi-retired and live in Shropshire, England with my wife. We have two children and five grandchildren who all live close by - they keep us very busy!

My wife's family are from Barbados - they go back 300 years, probably kicked out of Britain as undesirables! She dragged me over there so many times in the end I decided to buy an apartment. I guess I have become a part-time Bajan.

We wanted to be on the beach but near to the bars and restaurants in St Lawrence Gap. We fell in love with the Italianate style of our building and its location at the quiet end of St Lawrence Gap.

This apartment truly is the most wonderful place to stay in every sense of the word.

Firstly the location could not be better, a stones throw from the beach, with quiet gardens and a private pool.

Villa K is the very best thing about our stay, being beautifully and tastefully furnished. Fully equipped for a luxury stay in a gorgeous location. The villa is everything you would expect a luxury apartment to be.

The owners have been very generous in their supply of all the "mod cons" Wi-Fi, smart TV, use of their library of films and music. All these touches make you feel very welcome.

We would recommend a stay at Villa K any time!

If you wanted to liven things up after a day on the beach or around the pool - The gap is walking distance with plenty of bars and restaurants and a lively atmosphere. Oystins is a short taxi ride away for Fish Friday and lively entertainment. Bridgetown again is just a short local bus ride away with plenty of great shopping for luxury items or local produce.

The very best thing about Villa K is the villa itself, beautifully and tastefully furnished.

Perfect Place

This condo was beautiful and functional. It was so nice to have the kitchen, but so close to some off Barbados Brest dining. We had a blast. Loved the porch area.

Wonderful condo. Great location

This was our second trip to Barbados and wanted to try something different than a hotel. This was a great condo in a fantastic location. Very quiet area but not too far from restaurants etc. Cyrus was excellent answering questions etc. I am not sure if it was the time of year or not, but the beach was perfect for sunbathing but very rough surf--too rough for children. It was quite windy the week we were there, though. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your kind review. Sorry to note the sea was a bit rough during your stay. I think this may be related to one of the hurricanes which the Caribbean from has suffered from this year. Although Barbados is generally outside the epicentre it has experienced some stormy weather as a result. Fortunately this is somewhat unusual for the island.

Beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations in every way

Villa K is everything the listing says and more. We were met on arrival by Cyrus the property manager and had a tour of the property including beach front, pool and garden. Our jaws dropped when we walked through the apartment -- it was spotless, beautiful, and the balcony offers the most beautiful view in the world. We had cleaning service come in twice a week (friendly) and everything we needed for a perfect stay in Barbados. Would 100% recommend.

Fabulous Villa

If you are looking for an amazing stay in the St. Lawerence Gap look no further! Villa K has everything you will need to make your stay most enjoyable! It is tastefully decorated, well maintained and extremely comfortable. This villa has all of the comforts of home and is well situated, close to lots of restaraunts and bars. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The owner of the villa and the management team are extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. This 5 star villa provided us with a wonderful home away from home which we hope to return to next year. We highly recommend this luxury beachfront apartment!
