You will feel right at home in our beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully stocked 2 Master Bedroom (Kings), 2 Bath home (sleeps 6) that is centrally located in an ideal location in Sunriver, very close to Fort Rock Park and a short stroll or ride to the SHARC and Village (6 unlimited use passes are included in your rental!!) It is a wonderful, quiet location, great for families, with a prime deer-grazing open space off the rear deck of the home.

Our home features a huge, open and tastefully decorated great room with vaulted ceilings, big windows, a gas fireplace and 55" 4K TV with Roku (to log into your Netflix, Hulu and other streaming accounts), cable and BluRay player, as well as free WIFI for your laptops, iPhones, iPads any anything else you want to bring. Our fully stocked kitchen provides everything you would expect in your own kitchen, with newer appliances and a center island and two very cool tractor seat counter stools for entertaining.

Our two vaulted and large master suites enjoy privacy at each end of the house (two masters with King beds, bathrooms and flat screen TVs with cable in each). The master suite has been newly furnished with a beautiful reclaimed wood king bed and rich wood nightstands. The 2nd king bedroom suite also has a very comfortable futon that pulls out into a full size bed (sleeps 2) in addition to the king bed. We include a Pack 'N Play to round out our family-friendly sleeping amenities. Of course, big, thirsty towels and fresh linens are in full supply.

When it comes to family fun and relaxation, our home provides the ideal package, with your very own outdoor, yet private and covered beautiful hot tub in back, with plenty of room for everyone, central A/C, a ping pong table, foosball table and 7 cruising bikes (including 2 small kids) in the over-sized garage, all of which are high-end cruisers you're going to love (see pictures). If you prefer, relax on our back deck overlooking open space (watch the deer walk through) and enjoy a barbecue with our Weber gas grill (gas line ensures no empty propane tanks!) and patio set. For those winter skiing / snowboarding enthusiasts, we have one of the best large garages to store your gear in all of Sunriver, with gear closets and a large ski rack.

As one of the newer and nicer homes in Sunriver, located in one of the best locations in the resort, we think you'll agree that it's a great location and base camp for your Central Oregon family getaway any time of year.

Special Note: During these unprecedented times, we've established the following additional guidelines for our home:

* Following all state, county and local regulations and guidelines
* Enhancing our cancelation policy to allow for 100% refunds up to 30 days prior to check-in and full credits toward future stays for cancelations made less than 30 days from check-in.
* Providing self-check-in and check-out, not at an office
* Enforcing standard check-in and check-out times to avoid early arrivals or late departures to avoid disrupting enhanced cleaning procedures
* Avoiding back-to-back stays by inserting 24-hour minimum blocks between future rentals
* High-touch surface areas are prioritized for cleaning and disinfecting, including all door and cupboard handles, cupboard fronts, and all bathroom and kitchen counters and surfaces
* Minimizing the handling of used linen, washing it at highest temperature possible, using bleach, and drying completely before storing. Clean linen is handled and stored separately from used linen (and changed in between stays).
* Providing cleaning supplies in our home for guests to use during their stay
