Great property. The only negative was the drains were a little slow to drain at times.

We were impressed with the condo it was clean and we'll taken care of and when we contacted the owner he responded in minutes and was very pleasant and helpful.
Great place. Very clean, very quiet. We loved being able to come here from the parks (very close) and do laundry. Great stay.
The property was exactly as described. In my short stay at this property I enjoyed myself and had all the amenities I needed during my stay. The place was clean and the host was friendly and communicated quickly. I would stay at the property in my future visits. Thank you
Best Vacation Rental I've been in a long time... including 3 stars hotels, motels, etc
I normally don't leave reviews but this apartment took my breath away. It is 100% as advertised.
This trip was very last minute, I had a business meeting in east Orlando FL and wanted to take advantage of going to Universal afterwards with my family. The apartment is indeed very close to Universal; BUT since it has good access to one of the major Highways (I4) would have not been a problem to get around (International drive, conventions center, Disney, Universal)
The property is located in a RESIDENT gated community so when I arrived, the parking lot was pretty quiet but after 5pm you can see it coming a bit alive. This is just an observation not a criticism. - We always felt safe!!
The apartment itself: I felt an internal peace as soon as I opened the door. it was very clean, no signs of a pest control problem, and the furniture and the decorations for sure gives a sense of luxury. So my kudos to the decorator!
Also, I was not expecting to see so many amenities (Wi-Fi, TV Channels, pots/pans, dishes, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar,etc). I didn't cook, but if someone wanted to cook something quick is perfectly able to do so.
He also provided plenty soap, toilet paper, make-up removal napkins, etc for my stay which I was not expecting on a vacation rental
and last but not least , the communication with Razvan was effortless. His check-In and instructions were very clear. I couldn't download the rental agreement, but I'm not sure if this is his fault or HomeAway's fault. Check-Out instructions were also clear, no need to take the garbage out to the dumpster (so thumbs up) and every linen (pillow cases, throw pillow cases, bed sheets, towels) used to be thrown in the floor (this, I do anyways anywhere I go)

Nice location; unit needs TLC
Location was terrific. Property was on the old side, gated community however loud noises late at night, first night we witnessed a street fight outside our bldg. Unit was dimly lit, lightbulbs in most of the rooms were not working. Kitchen had small ant like bugs in sink and on counters. Shower had moths and misc. bugs. Bathrooms were not the cleanest, grime in corners of floor and doors had dirt on them around knobs. Washer smelled of mildew. We let the owner know and all that was said was “thank you for letting me know”. Don’t waste your $

The location of the property is 5 minutes to Universal , Next to Millenia Mall, 1 minute to I4 Highway, all around shopping and entertainment.
The property was completely remodeled recently. If any of the lightbulbs went off , we do have supplies in our storage and we could have replace them right away.
Since we received your feedback after you left , I did thank you for letting me know . We went ahead and addressed all your concerns, including replace the shower curtins right away, We have regular monthly pest control done to the apartment by a professional company.
Nonetheless, We do have a professional cleaning company that cleans the property completelly , including the bed linens, kitchen and bathrooms and all the floors before any guests arrival. We will discuss your feedback with the management of the cleaning company and put in place more quality control.
