First time visiting New York and this place was perfect! We had a total of 4 people. They had two comfortable sofa couch and one bed. The area is nice and not as loud as inside the city. Walking distance from food places, Walgreens, and the subway. I like that it's on the first floor so that we don't have to drag luggage upstairs. Very clean, bathroom was nice, had a closet too. Provided, towels, and hair dryer. Only thing is that we did have to go out to buy water to keep in the fridge, and more toilet paper. Not a bad thing at all, we just wanted to make sure we had enough stuff for us. Other than that, thank you so much! This was seriously the perfect place for our first visit in New York!
We ended up staying at two of Olivier's apartments, both 1 bedroom, one bigger and one smaller, in the same area.
The location is good. It is easy to get anywhere from there while relatively quiet.
The apartments are clean and functional and have everything you usually need with the exception of things like soap, paper towels or coffee. There are stores close by where you can buy them.
They are not fancy, but that is reflected in the price.
The more expensive apartment is bigger but on the ground floor, so it is a bit noisier from air conditioning and people coming late (we stayed there on a Saturday night). It can fit 6 people but is more comfortable with 4.
The cheaper one is smaller and quieter. It is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator but I am sure you can arange with the owner to get a hand up with your luggage if needed.
Communication with the owner was very good.
We had a great time in this apartment ! Very nice, modern and well located... and spacious !
Owners took the time to answer to all our questions we had before and during our stay, very professional.
The building is very calm, it s very residential.

Very nice renovated apartment in a very calm area.
You have a supermarket not far from there.. and you can walk to most of the touristic sites.
We were 6 and i have to say that for New York we were comfortable.
The owner was nice and accomoding. Thanks Benny and Olivier !!
Wonderful & cozy 1 bedroom. Great neighborhood. Unit on 1st floor so you don't have to haul your luggage up stairs. Accommodations are as advertised and pictured. Heating worked well. Hot water took a long time to get up to temperature but fine otherwise. Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer are great to have. Sofa bed was firm, which was wonderful as they're usually too soft. Lots of bedding and towels. 24 hr. CVS pharmacy 1/2 a block away. Walking distance to many things, including Ess-A-Bagel on 21st St. & 1st, which has awesome bagels and sandwiches.
We recently made a quick trip to NYC for some Christmas Shopping, and running around the city and stayed at this apartment. It was very clean, quiet, and looked just as pictured on the site. Olivier was fantastic to do business with, and would definitely stay here again on our return to the city. It was an easy location for which to navigate around the city whether by walking or subways. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!! We love NYC!
