This is SEACHASE E-404 located on the fourth floor (which, at Seachase, is the equivalent of the fifth floor due to one level of parking under the building).

A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed in this unit! A pet fee applies for each dog brought. For the 2017 season (typically 3/1 - 10/31), two beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit E404.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH. ​

At our gorgeous Seachase condominium you get everything you could want for your beach vacation. We have uncrowded sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages, only one mile to the fabulous Pier Park. Seachase is located on the quieter west end of the beach near the intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. You don't have to fight the traffic to get to this place.

This huge 1400 square foot, 4th floor unit is the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan on the beach. Every room overlooks the ocean. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass to experience the view. The entire back wall of this nearly 60' wide condo is floor to ceiling glass.

This unit was totally renovated with tile floors, furniture, dishes, textured walls, commercial vinyl wallpaper, stainless steel appliances, lighting and plumbing. No expense was spared. It comes complete with a full-size washer, full-size dryer, smooth top stove, microwave oven, cable TV, DVD and even has free high-speed wireless Internet access!

It features two master bedrooms with a massive king bed in one room and two very elegant queens in the other. There is a very nice sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining table seats six and we have a snack bar that seats four. This is a 4th floor, quiet end unit in an eight-story building. Enjoy 600-plus-feet of private beach front. Covered and outside parking is on site and directly below the condo. No need to cross a 300' sky bridge to get to your car. No smoking in unit (balcony okay).

If you are looking for one of the nicest units on the beach, you have found it! We have decorated and furnished this unit with only the best. Look around at the pictures of other units and you will see why this unit is one of the best.

This two bedroom condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Nice long balcony to watch the sunsets. Would highly recommend renting this unit.

This is a very nice unit that looks to have been updated recently. Everything was freshly painted and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It's in a great location on the west side away from all the high rise condo's and the teenage congestion. Very nice family atmosphere. Easy access to back beach road, grocery stores and many restaurants. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Beautiful and clean

My husband and I and our 7 lb pup stayed here for the whole month of January. It was a beautiful and clean condo. We had a problem connecting to the internet at first and they came quickly to fix it. The veiw is gorgeous with to die for sunsets. We saw the New Years Eve fireworks from our balcony! We will stay at Seachase again and again for sure! Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Paradise Found

This condo is now our favorite place to stay on the gulf. The views are spectacular, the area is quiet and the condo has everything you would ever need for a fabulous vacation. It is convenient to shopping and dining. We cannot wait to visit again.
