What makes this House unique
Directly across the street is a large (city block square) passive park with huge tot lot and covered picnic table. Kids of all ages will enjoy the park. Great location for walking throughout East Hill. Only a few blocks to Bayview Park which offers, tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, pier, tot lot, Senior Center, Recreation Area, etc. The home is in close proximity to everything in the Pensacola area; 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach and the Pier, 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Maritime Park, home of the Blue Wahoos and only 20 minutes to the front gate of the Pensacola Naval Air Station or the Pensacola International Airport. Pensacola Neighborhood Stay
Cozy and pleasant in a quiet neighborhood.
The house was perfect, felt right at home, everything well kept and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was easy to reach, in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for places to see and what to expect. Thank you, hope to visit again sometime.
Loved the house and neighborhood! Margaret always responded to any texts or calls. Plenty of amenities and very convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Pensacola.
Cute house with character
Great location and price. We enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful Home Great Location
We enjoyed staying in the 1928 Tudor. The mix of Historic and Modern amenities was perfect. There was plenty of room and most everything was very spacious and comfortable. We thank you for the gracious extras provided. The park across the street was a perfect place for our children to get some exercise. Parking was no problem and we loved the sounds of a few morning birds outside of the morning kitchen window. Look forward to staying there again if we visit out there again.
Welcome to the charming 1928 Brown Brick Tudor. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home Pensacola's East Hill neighborhood. Being here you can reflect on a distant time when the pace of life was slower, more tranquil. Hearing the faint distant train whistle as it passes through town a few times per day, and the birds happily chirping all around is calming and a real treat. Enjoy the many flowering trees and plants on the property no matter what time of year you visit. Pensacola's seasons offer something beautiful to see year round. We decorate for the holidays so it is festive when you visit during a holiday.
We offer a k-cup coffee service with supplies and a regular coffee pot for larger needs.
This East Hill home is perfectly located to enjoy all the region has to offer. You are only 15 minutes from the home to being on the white sugar sands of Pensacola Beach (where the big beach ball water tower is located). Only 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Maritime Park on the water. Interested in visiting the Naval Air Station? That will be a short 20 minute drive to the front gate.
Or just relax and enjoy the tranquil home and neighborhood. Right across the street is a large city block square passive park with wonderful playground equipment for the children and a gazebo. You can relax on the covered breezeway with the Tiki bar and watch the kids playing in the park across the street.
The cultural events, festivals and celebrations for various holidays are ample and exciting year round in the Pensacola area. Coming to visit loved ones in the military, have a reunion, prepare for those special events like weddings or graduations in the Pensacola area? Don't be cramped in a hotel or condo, settle into an inviting home away from home.
We would love to help you get settled in, if we can. We would be happy to assist with your special requests or needs, if we can.
